(paraphrasing from my memory)

I was a nurse in my younger days- you would be surprised what people will put in their orifices or someone else’s- everything you can think of, and some you never imagined
Most often what brought them to seek medical attention was not being able to get the object back out

If it was me, and in a situation as AH described, one of my top reasons for seeking medical attention would be why couldn’t I tell one way or the other if I was being penetrated vaginally with anything, liquor bottle or otherwise
I don’t know how that information could not be known to her, regardless of how a dark a room was, what position she was in, what her eyes could or could not see, etc

It’s possible my life is too simple;)

Thank you for this post. Aside from this laundry list of misgivings:
1. liquor remaining in bottom of whiskey bottle in photo presumably taken AFTER assault allegation, because, well, why take a picture prior? Not to mention...allegation never uttered within a window of time to encourage this photo to be taken for that reason
2. photo of liquor likely taken as part of the larger snapshot to show what was damaged and in need of replacement VS what was intact and not in need of replacement AFTER finger/blood/paint nightmare

While I am no expert, I hear stories. I always understood that objects people assume to be harmless can be extremely so, especially if they create any type of suction. While the vagina may not create as much of a suction problem as the rectum, it still sends folks in search of medical intervention...in my non-medical opinion, of course.

TW--Not to be unnecessarily graphic, but this is why the bottle story (again, aside from liquor remaining, intact wax neck, and other concerns related to "the obvious" listed above) never rang true for me. The forceful insertion of a bottle could create a suctioning effect that--even if the story were true--might make it difficult to remove, even for the perpetrator.

And what about the whiskey sloshing around? What not to put inside a vagina

IMO - it is exactly as CV said. Ever the opportunist, AH not only devised a SA story, but she designed one meant to horrify and shock, to overwhelm the jury and the public into thinking "Who would make this up?"

And this is what I believe JD meant by "ambitious."
He didn't expect her not to work, imo, but to be more authentic, to focus more on the craft and less on the celebrity or paycheck (because she didn't need to worry about money). IMO, he probably didn't understand why it started fights because so many actors struggle and have to take crappy jobs for the check, and he was telling her she didn't have to, that he would take care of her, and that she could focus on the endeavors she loved...and abandon the damn "ambition."

Disclaimer: I'm not saying she had to agree, but she could have had the decency not to twist it...imo

I don't believe its real but even if it is what's to say she didn't do this to herself to try to frame Johnny? He had been gone for 6 days. jmo.

I still dont know why they didn't use a bruise chart. There used all the time to determine child abuse. And 6 days later it would be a yellowing greenish color.

He proved her lying but so did everyone else. JD experts were robust in their knowledge and in the ability to call it as it is. I love the credibility his witnesses brought to the table.

I thought when he said ‘ambition’, he was referring as shorthand to her jealousy and ego; the way she was always so palpably competitive with him and his career, even though anyone will tell you it’s ludicrous to compare a 26 y o female with a 55 year old male… I could be wrong though.
 
We know that JD has been in the UK to play at a concert. A nice way to get off some steam, I'd think. Then he has reportedly 3 months in France for pre-production for his next movie, and a great chance to spend time away from the media and near to his children.

I have no problem believing that she may have experienced SA by college age as she (or ghostwriter) claimed in the op-ed. However, if what BR said is true, then why risk perjury by--IMO--stealing KJ's story as her own and testify to SA?

BR said the op-ed is nothing to do with JD other than the Titanic reference and career fallout, essentially, and that is only about AH's experiences as a woman prior to JD and following 2016 TRO.
BR claims that no one has to believe anything AH said about the alleged SA, it doesn't matter, blah blah.

Then why put her on the stand to testify to it? And why not better prepare your witness with the cross (which hand was the bottle, was it before or after holding her by the neck, before or after finger injury, etc)? Why are we throwing everything at JD, hoping something will stick?

IMO, because AH insisted upon it. She is not finished trying to punish him for things not working out her way.
Provoking him throughout their relationship did not get the result she wanted, which IMO was to make him assault her and collect a big payday.
The presence of the bodyguards ruined a set-up, IMO, in May 2016--that ruined her plans to "act in self-defense" on a large scale...I shudder when I think about what the headlines could have been.
JD wasn't playing her game in the midst of divorce talks, which is why she filed the TRO--again, for a payday....
but then she started dating EM, and hey, why not settle for $7m to pledge-aka-donate, build saint persona, and land a bigger fish?

But back to the case, who IS in charge of AH legal team? I guess I really shouldn't be asking until the verdict comes in.

If they the jury can find some ( or all) of AH's testimony to be fabrication and lies, then they can discount all of it...if they choose. I have faith in this jury.

I think young males are very aware of the possibilities of being falsely accused of rape/abuse by other college students, etc. So I do think they might be open to the possibility that she was lying about everything. JMO
