The much sought-after interview with Heard was filmed on June 9 in NYC under tight security and secrecy. The actress flew in from the Old Dominion specifically for the filming and returned to the DC area later in the day. To keep matters under wraps, the interview was tactically not shot at NBC’s 30 Rock HQ.
During the taping, Heard spoke with the Today co-host about how she believes the decision by the jury could impact free speech in America and other women coming out to talk about domestic abuse, a source close to the situation tells Deadline. She also discussed from her POV the spectacle that the lurid six-week trial became with the self-styled “Deppford Wives” packing the courthouse both inside and outside. Additionally, Heard told Guthrie of the vital differences she sees between the UK “wife beater” libel case that Depp lost in November 2020 against The Sun tabloid, and the legal battle on this side of the Atlantic between the former couple and Rum Diary co-stars. You can watch a clip of the interview below.

I really wish someone would explain to her that lying about people isn't free speech ...
Unfortunately, we all know that the more people hear something the more people believe it to be true. So she may side-step further defamation by not continuing to say that she is victim of SA by JD but she is still doing damage, IMO.

It will be rehearsed, keeping her tag lines in tact to make a focused imprint on the minds of people. I am not going to watch any of it. Dateline is exactly the caliber that she is after. I’m hoping that the viewership numbers are low in comparison to what Ben and Camilles were.

Im surprised Gloria A. hasn’t called her. “Free speech“ will be another deterrent for people to grab onto. It’s to her advantage to gain new supporters who didn’t watch the trial by throwing out ’Free Speech’ in with it. Keeping it layered to gather sympathy.

This kind of person will continue to do damage. I don’t see her leaving him alone.

Maybe this will backfire, possibly with a juror or more coming forward with the truth of her lies.

As for Gloria Allred, Roberta Kaplan of the "TimesUp" movement has already represented Heard, and run away from her as fast as she could... the legal industry word might be out.

I'd also love to know what bilge she spews about "why the UK trial was different"... spoiler alert; it will all be lies. The UK trial was like it was adjudicated by her kindly kindergarten teacher.

AH is a walking, squawking textbook example. JMO

Dr Curry said people with borderline disorder can feel slighted easily and they make no attempt at controlling their emotions. They’ll do anything to express anger.

She said borderline and histrionic personality disorder can appear as “two sides of the same coin”.

Describing histrionic personality disorder, Dr Curry said it’s a need to be the centre of attention, adding that those with the condition will need to make up stories to put themselves at the centre as either the “victim” or “princess”.

“With histrionic personality disorder, that underlying drive is to always be the centre of attention, because if you don’t have that attention on you, it feels similar to borderline personality disorder: You feel pretty empty – like you don’t have that sense of being or value,” Dr Curry told the court.

Would the jurors have a lawsuit against her and EB?

I'm thinking not purely because the identity of the jurors isn't known, which is making me question why her team filed the motion to keep their identities sealed for a year.
Was it to cover their backsides because they knew they would be casting aspersions on them if they lost?

Filmed on JD birthday, she really just can't help herself with the meaningful dates aye?

The UK trial was a complete farce, I mean when the judge is the father of an employee of the publication being sued what else could one expect other than a skewed, one sided view?, and that's only one of the things that was wrong with it!.

I hope she keeps talking, and keeps talking and... the legacy media (and indie media too, for that matter) completely ignore her.

She's singlehandedly destroying her own career. All, just to be "right" or heard, or validated, or something. Truly pathetic.

Lol
A couple of witnesses have clapped back by changing their Twitter handles.

Was Kate Moss considered a 'rando' also, by AH ?
AH and her defense team did claim that KM " Came out of the woodwork"....just like these other two 'randos'.

Do you remember when AH said that Camille quickly put her in place?

“Ms Heard do you really think someone like Kate Moss has to come out of the woodwork”??? Paraphrasing but in essence Kate Moss is a VIP, a famous thriving global individual, etc.

ETA: Amber caused the testimony of KM. She spewed out something, a lie about Johnny pushing KM down the stairs. A golden moment that KM personally testified as False.

I really hope she caught some of the Jubilee celebrations from over here, I would love to have seen her face as she watched Kate Moss dancing atop the 90's national treasures bus.
I bet it would've put her dog stepped on a bee face to shame :p:D
