What about any of her side’s evidence, and/or lack thereof? Do they just have to be convincing by verbal sleight of hand,; or should they bring recorded receipts, a la Depp’s side?

Because one thing I can guarantee, with a pile of potentially 85 witnesses, that the Heard team will have no compunction going with the ‘if you can’t dazzle them with brilliance (and facts), then let’s attempt to bury them in BS’ tactic, counting on people to get hopelessly snarled up in the ‘she said’ portion and throw up their hands when it comes to sussing out truth.

ETA: I just realized I didn't know if we had seen the index page for the court filings... won't be much help IMO, as there are a ton, and a lot are dull and pointless (if you've seen one subpoena, you've seen 'em all), but I don't want to be accused of holding back, lol)... also contains the witness lists to which I have referenced.

While reviewing her witness list today I noted some MD's. Most of those doctors appeared (to me) to be specializing in psychology and/or psychiatry but maybe there are ER or GP physicians that I missed. While I realize not all abuse victims seek medical attention, I thought there would be some medical documentation. AH will get her turn to tell her side of the story in a week or so. She is counter-suing and will be able to get all the headlines from her own testimony and her team's witnesses soon. It does seem quite telling that she's already fired her PR team, simply because the plaintiff's case is being reported in MSM.

the personal nurse is the oft-discussed ‘Erin’, the person who was texting starrily with JD about watching him in Black Mass… I think they think she’s a loss due to this; plus the fact that it’s also been said/admitted that she would pinch hit for Debbie re: JD if Debbie was not available.

Speaking of her mirroring style of accusation---- my daughter pointed out how AH 'mirrors' JD's clothing styles, and even mimics his body gestures, etc.....seemingly as a way to mess with his head?

She sent me a tiktok someone did showing her 'matching suits and hairdos' with his, and how she began putting her finger to her chin, etc, just as he does when thinking.

And you can see the difference in how she dressed at the start of the trial, and then how she began wearing suits, like his, and putting her hair back in a bun, like he did later on in trial. Maybe because she thought he was gaining sympathy and so she tried to 'mirror' him ?

I saw all that, too. The "bee" necktie was so obvious.

I also noticed in one of her depo clips she stuttered a bit (like JD).

'Best thing JD can do during her time on the stand is to ignore her... narcissists really don't like that.

You've got some serious work to do, in a couple days yet.
Social Media is the new beast to control,(IMO ) and it's not in your resume' as far as I can tell. Knowledge of Comcast Cable, NYT, TMZ, CNN and Court TV will only get you so far....

If we suddenly see the FB, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc shut down or censored when it comes to this trial, well that will be noticed as well...

The trial is live daily, the viewers see and form their own opinions. Many of us are not at all dependent on MSM for their information.

Concerning her seeking out new PR team…seems she is officially coming undone.
There are so many -seeds- in all the testimony of what kind of person she embodies.
The security guy following her in a separate car to Coachella toting luggage & animals…
Basically babysitting her, holding her hair as she throws up. I don’t know why that one sticks in my head but it just goes to show how out of control her ego was/is ….with the underlying back story of JD always grateful respectful generous to his security staff.Not a passive aggressive user abuser like AH.

IMO one of the biggest obstacles that Heard won’t be able to recover from is that damning testimony from the aclu attorney that showed she clearly lied about donating the $7mil divorce settlement….and the fact that it was clear that article was about Depp…which is why this case was allowed in the Virginia court. BTW, Depp’s team had to fight to get that discovery from the aclu.

There are many, many others, but this to me is the biggest. If she lied so much about this so publicly, what else did she lie about? Just trying to look at this as a juror.

BBM agreed, it's difficult to combat the public perception left behind by her fecal fit and some of the recordings SHE herself made of JD's "abuse" They are simply spin doctors but there is no real way to spin AH's behaviors into something relatable or right.

Describes JD's reaction to the punch as a look of shock. This incident happened after she chucked a red bull can at him (which apparently connected) and attempts to spit on JD. AH's sister was present in the penthouse apparently while this occurred. There was obvious bruising and left side of JD's face was swollen and red when the left the building. During all this JD didn't physically respond. Witness testifies that both JD and AH were yelling and cursing as the argument escalated in to AH being physical.

yes, her PR firm can’t get blood from a turnip, lol… also, SHE could say ‘eh! Meh!’ in response and be the bigger person, as I am sure her legal team would tell her the same thing that I as a past multiple juror would tell them… juries are unpredictable. You cannot predict what will clinch a testimony/case to them; you cannot predict what they will fixate upon; or the totality of their deliberations. Lawyers never could… they can only educate on what any individual juror might be likely to do, based upon their assessment of that individual juror’s likely predilections.

I also feel pretty sure we/they cannot compare these two cases… if anything, she has clearly gotten a false sense of security from the UK case, where she was The Sun newspaper’s star witness, and they were already predisposed to giving the trial negative reports… as the defendant in the action who stands to gain, lol. Of course they were going to say she was brave, bold, and beautiful in her testimony in the UK….right at the top of the 10am hour, a CourtTV hired gun specialist basically said she’s got/displayed nothing and that every one of the Depp witnesses so far were strong, which goes to my point about the sweeping judgments the CTV ‘experts’ on both sides will make… this dude paid no never mind to bias.

I wonder what Whitney will say, lol…? It’s unfortunate that we can only get indirect e-testimony from momma Paige’s texts, now deceased… and also unfortunate that no one is calling Amber’s father to the stand, insofar as he threatened to sue JD for breach of promise with respect to some chitchat about formulating a movie around him…
