Kate Moss is first witness

British supermodel Kate Moss is the first witness and is giving evidence live via video-link.

She tells the court she lives in London but is testifying from Gloucestershire.

Moss and Depp were in a relationship from 1994 to 1998, she says.

'He never pushed me'

Kate Moss is being asked about a holiday she went on with Johnny Depp in Jamaica.

"We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did, and there had been a rainstorm. As I left the room I slid down the stairs and I hurt my back.

"I screamed because I didn't know what had happened to me and I was in pain. He came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention."

Asked if Depp pushed her down the stairs, she replies "no".

"He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs," she says.

Moss says she has never testified in a court case before.

AH's attempt to look like she's taking copious notes on her legal pad is cracking me up.
Amber a couple weeks ago, taken by me off TV: (hint; she’s feinting…)

Next witness...

Dr Shannon Curry, a forensic psychologist, is now being called to the stand.

She has already given evidence as an expert witness during the trial and is now appearing as a rebuttal witness over the testimony of another psychologist, Dr Dawn Hughes.

Dr Curry was called as an expert witness by Depp's team, Dr Hughes was called by Amber Heard's team.

Dr Hughes told the court that Heard has post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) caused by abuse; Dr Curry said Heard suffered from "histrionic and borderline personality disorders" and "grossly exaggerated symptoms of PTSD".

You can read what happened when Dr Hughes took the stand here.
