Does anyone on here know anything about basketball player stats? Is 7 points a game good? I'm assuming it is. Is ranking 5th in the ACC with 35 blocks good? I would think that both suspended players were major players on the team, and that the team will miss their skills..

Does anyone know if Morgan's father did his practice out of their home? A lot of doctors have a home practice, where part of the home is their office to meet up with patients..

UVA player FB. Last entry 9/28. The good person who does bad things..

Also an interesting entry down the page:

Women are the strongest beings on earth and I am grateful to have found one that is strong enough to deal with my **** and still have enough love in her heart to love me. Fellas if u cal urself a man, don't be one only when it helps you, be one all the time. Be one when that lil lady is in ur face and u wanna go at her but u kno u got a girl. Be one when u get that late night text "wats good" and just cause ur home alone that doesn't mean you gotta tell her to come thru. Be easy and stay true to the ones who you kno got ur back. My bad my for not bein there like I should cause of my "problem"

I am unable to find the very first interview the Harringtons did when Morgan was first missing. Can anybody supply the link for me. Thank you.

There has been some question as to the timeline of the day after the concert, specifically when the purse was found and when the missing person report was received by police. Info on this can be found under "Crime Reports" on the UVA police website. The following entries presumably correspond to Harrington's purse and missing person report (8:19a and 1:40p, respectively). I'm posting this here because I haven't seen anyone else mention this resource.

Edit: I just checked a map for the location of "Cage Parking Lot" and it is actually on the other side of the bridge from where the purse was said to have been found. Another inconsistency, I guess...

Its not that interesting, all he is saying is don't cheat on your girlfriend when a friendwithbenefits calls up for sex. Just because your own girlfriend isn't home doesn't mean go hook up with another girl, don't tell the other girl to come over.
He's pretty much saying stay true to the one your with and don't give in to temptations.

Is going to heavy metal concerts and experimenting with cigarettes risk-taking behavior? If so, I don't know WHAT I did at her age would be called!:eek::eek:

Thank you. I was about to make this comment earlier when a friend showed up at my door. I thought for a minute I was back in the early eighties and the heavy metal bands were singing backwards to entice me into following Satan or something. ;)

I wonder if the Cage parking lot IS the right location. So many inconsistencies! Thanks for this info.

I am not sure that LE has ever said specifically where the purse was found. An article in The Hook conjectured that it was the RV lot, and that may have been assumed true.

Does anyone have a link to a statement from LE that specifies exactly where the purse was found?

Now that the purse was found at the Cage Parking lot there's a high probability that she never went to the RV Lot.

Not necessarily. I believe there are LE-confirmed sightings of her at the RV lot.

LE said that it was found bet. JPJ arena and the athletic fields.
A lot of the later reports have it being found in the grassy RV lot:

Maybe the officer who wrote the intial report was just mistaken when he wrote the cage parking lot. Perhaps he wasn't aware of the RV lot or didn't know what to call it. I believe the purse and cellphone were originally treated as just routine lost property when they were turned and I would guess that the person who found them was re-interviewed as part of the missing persons investigation.

True.

In the story you linked, there is a bit that highlights the fact that this could be an important distinction for LE to make clear for the public. Here the journalist seems to discount the significance of material found during the recent searches, based on its presumed distance from the location of the purse:

Harrington was wearing an all-black outfit, including black tights, when she disappeared. Her purse and cellphone were found the following day in a grassy parking area on the southeast edge of the Lannigan Field track. The black fabric -- possibly torn pieces of clothing -- was found at the north end of the track.

Sending well wishes and a huge thank you to the searchers this morning! Good luck!!!

Thanks for posting about the purse being found. I had read about the purse being found on another site, but hesitated to post it because I couldn’t find a credible link.
