The tank is 6 inches deep so whether he crawled in or was placed in there, he would have to be laying face down or on his back. I highly doubt the child would be capable of putting the lid back on from this position. Unless the lid was off since before he was missing. As bad as the smell is though, wouldn't the smell be a deterrent even for a five year old?
I've been wondering if someone gave LE a tip.
who put up the $5,000 reward? family? school?
It sounds like Angel or her fiancee were the adults outside while the kids were playing around the yard so maybe she was watching from inside. I think people will want to read more into it than we should here.I think I'm okay sharing this as well... My cousin Angel said Noah and her girls played together a lot in the shared yard. She said Noah was sweet and curious and friendly with her girls and her fiancee. He was very interested in the motorcycle that her fiancee owns. He was, however, very shy/standoffish with Angel. She said she only saw Mom once, when she came from inside to the porch and told Noah to come inside. She said she never did see the Dad. Noah's parents and Angel's fiancee both rented from the same elderly gentleman, who she indicated was a very responsible landlord.
She never observed either parent to be outside at the times that Noah was outside. She said that he was outside playing quite a bit.
Yep, the landlord is the one who had spoken to the media talking about Noah, said he was like a grandfather to him, and Noah was a very good boy. I can't find that link yet. His house is right next to where your cousin lived where they were also digging. I'm wondering if that's another septic tank where the orange cone is located.Right.. the white house near the road in the front was her house.
I thought the same thing.
Does it just pop off or does it require tools to remove it?? I know the kid didn't put it back on. The tank is only 6 inches deep.Hopefully it still contains the fingerprints of all those who have opened/closed it recently.
I read that while searching through house the coat was gone so it was assumed he was wearing his coat.I have had a question from the beginning that has bugged me. I thought I read that the mom said he had on a jacket and boots when he was missing. Is this bc she saw him last wearing this or bc she noticed it missing? Or did I misunderstand?
The jacket being reported was because she said she noticed it missing. I don't know about the boots, but assume she reported him wearing them last time she saw him. The pokeman card tin was reported to LE (but not to media evidently) because it ended up on the NCMEC flyer.I have had a question from the beginning that has bugged me. We know the dad worked during the day so it doesn't surprise me she didn't see him, but it is curious he wasn't out on his days off. Maybe they were shy people.
I guess your sister was gone before the new baby was born and added another element to their household. Maybe the mom had a difficult pregnancy or something during the months prior though. We have no way to know, but I am trying to figure out the timing there.
Sorry I must have misread it.From that article:
Sources say the tank is 4 by 8 feet and 5 and a half feet deep. The septic tank holds about 1,000 gallons.
