No not yet. According to article I linked above that information was not available on the records only that whatever occurred took place 2 days before his disappearance was reported.

If that implies his actual disappearance happened two days earlier, that allows much more time for disposal. No wonder they're having such a tough time.

At least 8. Reported there were 5 when she was arrested in 2010 and then at least 3 currently with her. And she’s 34...so this is a woman who becomes pregnant almost every year which means the likely hood of her with a drug addiction doing drugs while pregnant is extremely high. IMO all those babies were exposed in utero. Each and everyone should have been removed permanently at birth. IMO Not to mention if she had been forced to carry out her 5 year sentence rather than having all but 5 mos. suspended it could have helped clean her up and prevent her from having had some of these babies. The system is broken.
I believe I saw that there is at least 14 children that she had given birth to. Her FB page: she several many pics of at least 5. I don't know if all of them are hers, but appears to be.

Welcome to Websleuths!!!!!

I am leaning toward your theory!!!!

In another town in VA, a couple were sleeping with an infant and the drugs transferred from their clothing. They awoke and the infant had died.
Thank you! I'm glad I found this place. I've always been into this kind of stuff.. Especially wanting to try to help find missing persons and help solve cold cases and such. As far back as I can remember it's always been a part of me... I hope they find that poor baby soon.

God how awful to think he could be at an incinerator.

And the neglect occurred 2 days before she reported him missing. :(
Mother of missing toddler charged with neglect; police seen at site of city-operated incinerator
Oh noooo!! Sadly, him being burned actually went thru my mind... I was trying to come up with ways his body could have been disposed of.... They were all pretty morbid and I didn't think mentioning them on here would have been appropriate but this is definitely one of them. I just didn't think of an incinerator.. I didn't know that they would have had access to something like that. Lord God, I hope this baby is found soon. As much as I want him found, I hope this isn't the case.

If she is guilty... I sure hope she remembers. Remembers every detail until the day she dies. Whoever is guilty and IMO SOMEBODY is definitely guilty here, I hope it haunts them every waking second of every day they spend on this Earth! And I hope it haunts their sleep as well. We know that baby had trouble walking. So he could not have gotten far on his own. The police have searched everywhere... If he had gotten out on his own he would have been found by now, simply for the fact that he could barely walk.
Yes, indeed. That little boy never left that trailer alive.

bbm
And it allows much more time for decay of the body as whatever other evidence as well.
Maybe bones or teeth could be found -- talk about a needle in a haystack. <shiver>
Any mention of cadaver K-9 unit investigation at the landfill?
Poor LE if they are now behind 2 more days WRT evidence. I'll bet none of them are sleeping or eating much these days. They know more than what we know about how this sweet boy was treated, and they have heard more details about the situation of his at-home situation. Talk about toughness and tears at the same time...
Bless the LE investigators, forensic personnel and the whole group looking for little Noah. May they find evidence and some peace soon.
I wonder how his mom is coping at the jailhouse. If she is indeed the one responsible, I hope sleep and peace elude her for the rest of her days.

Not surprised about the updated charges. <modsnip inflammatory term>
She is no "mom" and never will be; imho.

<modsnip - referencing social media>

So sorry, little sweetie.
I know people who would have taken him in a heartbeat and provided a safe, loving home.

How come I'm not surprised by this outcome.

Poor baby.
Like the rest of us who've been here in WS a while -- because you've seen it before. :( SMH. And we all know that we'll see it again and again and again and...

It doesn't hurt any less each time, though, does it?
I think it hurts more.
This poor little guy needed a break, and he never got it. "Almost" isn't good enuff.

I just can't get over the fact how many children she had. Here's a woman with a 9th grade education and a serious drug addiction who doesn't work and obviously can't take care of herself having child after child after child....and even after the first tragedy happened it continued I never thought I would say something this horrible but she should not have been allowed to have these children They are so precious...they deserve to be born into a world where they are taken care off and I 've seen it myself some addicts are able to turn their life around and become responsible loving parents but there has to be some sort of law to prevent an addict from having child after child when she wasn't getting better poor beautiful Noah.....

Wow I don't even know what to say about this woman. I don't think I have ever seen a mugshot quite like hers. IMO-Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing the 3 counts of child neglect are for Noah, his baby sister and the older sibling. I believe she had three children in her custody when Noah went missing. Something most likely happened to Noah when he was with those 2 siblings. I'm guessing he got into her drugs. Again just all IMO.I pray they can find him soon, but in my heart know he is in a better place.

Ummm, interesting, Momof4RN, interesting indeed. Makes me wonder... Did she just dump him somewhere? If so, was he alive? <shudder>

Question for anyone:
Have we heard any reports of K-9 searches? Cadaver K-9 units?
Those type searches have solved a number of cases.
I wonder when exactly that photo was taken?
Edited: Nevermind I had forgotten that the photo was taken last Halloween...

I am glad to have someone well known on here that agrees with my theory. Thank you for that. I really didn't know if I should post that when I did, but it seemed important to me. Like I said it felt like a light bulb came on in my head. Also, that is horrible about the infant that died from contact with the parents clothes. It's a sad world we live in these days. It breaks my heart to think of all these poor babies that never stood a chance in life because of ppl like that.
