Investigators have now spent four days at a lake in Greene County, looking for clues in the disappearance of Samantha Ann Clarke. The teenager vanished from her home last September.

No word on the age/sex. Just that they had been there awhile.

For the second time this year, investigators are searching the Greene Acres Lake, looking for Samantha Clarke.

And with the stupid Charlottesville media thinking it's okay to divulge any and all information about a case, regardless of the damage it does, I seriously doubt we will know anytime soon! At least they're not just sitting back and doing nothing.

Umm....Samantha's family AND LE asked for hte public's help right from the get go. As for Cville media, well, their job is to report. VA is notoriously tight lipped, and Orange HAS kept a lot of Samantha's case on the dl.

I think it's a lot better than hearing nothing. Sorry if you have an axe to grind with cville media, reaper. It's just nice to see her case still getting press.

The search for Samantha Ann Clarke has led Orange investigators back to a lake in Greene County.

This link is to a story coming out of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The individual recently arrested and charged with raping two teenaged girls lives approximately one mile from Samantha's residence. That is very close proximity and cannot be ignored while investigating the disappearance of a nineteen year old.

Greene Acres Lake in Greene County continues to be a place of interest in the search for missing Orange teenager Samantha Clarke, but so far repeated underwater dives have produced nothing the Orange Police Department can release to the public.

For the tenth time, a Virginia State Police dive team is searching a lake in Greene County. Investigators are looking for leads in the disappearance of Samantha Ann Clarke. The 19-year-old hasn't been seen since last September.

10 times? Either the police are pretty confident that she is there, or they have nothing else to go on. Or both.
