NO. We don't want Juan to give a statement today. We wan't him to go into the next phase of the trial! If he is giving statements, it's not M1.

Called the Dr's office pushed my appt back to 4:30 from 2:30 that way I don't miss Verdict if there's delay in start time.. Also able to set DVR if we go straight into Penalty Phase! I'm way to deep into this trial :floorlaugh:

I just got home.
Had to work for just a couple hours this morning/afternoon.
First thing I do I grab my iPad for WS & turn the TV on ... I see the "breaking News" ( for realz this time ... HLN).
VERDICT HAS BEEN REACHED - 4:30 Eastern time.

Phew ....
After all these many months/years ... I am so glad I've made it home to be in place for the announcement. Feels good to have fellow WSer's to be with during this time.

Feeling shaky and nervous, but I can't even imagine what Travis Alexanders family is feeling this moment.
May God Bless them and give them strength !!

Got wild about trials on my phone have it charging so Im at full battery when I need to head out in 30 minutes. This child why cant her 7 yr old self walk home from school by herself. Does anyone know about how much usage is used when watching videos like this on your phone. I have 4 GB per month to use and have not used anything since Ive been home with computer access. Completely tech stupid and can not go over my monthly usage with just watching for at the most 30 minutes of video.

Also does anyone know if you can watch on wild about trials and be on a phone call? My mom has no cable or internet so plan was me call her and let her listen in as it is being read. argh I guess I should have thought of all this these last couple of days. Kind of hoping they are late getting back so I have time to make it home I only need them to wait till about 15 minutes. Girl better be prepared to run that last stretch home. LOL

Everyone saying how fast this was considering ... and no questions from the jury. So confident.

Such a strange shift in thinking... all of a sudeen now this was a fast deliberation (which I don't disagree with)... so much fragility with nerves at this time.
