:seeya: Hi Rose ! Me too ... Mr. Martinez is such a CLASS ACT !

I tell ya, the next trial I watch [not sure which one yet ... lol] it is just NOT going to be the same after watching Mr. Martinez !

No one compares to him, IMO !

:seeya:

We still have a few weeks with sentencing. It will be painful to watch though.

Juan Martinez has another big case after this.

Excited about tomorrow! :seeya:

I hope he won't! Isn't he one that said he was fooled by Jodie.?
I guess you could say "fooled" in that she had spent a significant amount of time at his home/with his family and he couldn't imagine she was capable of murdering Travis. He visited her in jail several times when she was still claiming the Ninjas did it, then decided he needed to stay away. Didn't know that she had changed her story to self defense and that her strategy was to make Travis the bad guy until he was called to the stand. I know a lot of people have issues with him, but I think he was duped/used by Jodi, which he acknowledges with regret.

If this is true that Gram did not need that wheelchair, this to me is worse than someone parking in a handicapped spot without a handicapped sticker or being really handicapped.

This is truly pathetic. Its one thing to support your relative, but it quite another to LIE again. WTH is with it and that family with all the lies.

Like Gram, Like Daughter ??? This is really upsetting if true.

It irks me too, Hatfield. Lots of people are giving her a pass, but a lie is a lie. You teach your children (and grandchildren) by example - and lying, no matter how small, is never okay.

Will Jodi remember that she was convicted in the morning? Do you think her hippocampus flooded and she will have amnesia about the verdict?

I hope to never hear anything about this idiot after she gets sent to death row.
Hope Dr. Samuels and ALV have cards and books ready to go!

I cannot figure out how to access the chat. Please enlighten me.

Sure, you can learn how here, [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68121"]New chat server - Websleuths[/ame]

I don't think there is anybody there right now, 'cept panini who seems to be there all day. But during the day while trial is on, there's 10 or so. Everyone's friendly, I like it. :)

I used to like Judge Judy but I realize now that she's just a drama queen. What's up with her putting down mothers who choose to stay home and look after their kids and homes? She's always harping on them to go out and work! Sheesh.

Going to call it a night here, folks :) What a wonderful and blessed day. I can go to sleep without that knot in my stomach :) Stay safe, sleep well....TY all for being here today as always .... I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else! Hugs!

Back at you. It has been hard, screw it very f' n hard! You were never alone and tonight we all sleep together in one hell of a big hug. God bless you and everyone here, inasmuch, as we have heart! :seeya:

If this is Dan Freeman I will vomit.

Oh that Dan Freeman there is just "something so off about that boy." I hope he goes away and doesn't ever do any more media again. I think Chris Hughes was referring to him on Tricia's Crime Radio when he said people go on media pretending to be Travis' friends, but we know who his true friends are.

Debra Milke has been on Arizona's death row for almost 23 years. Still appealing her case. Last time they executed a woman was 1930.

Her conviction was recently overturned.
The state is still appealing it, so not sure if her and the defendant will get the opportunity to meet on death row.

Cinnabon!

I wonder if JA will request a Strawberry Frappe and a Cinnabon for her last meal before she gets the needle?:jail:

That's a good question. But first she has to choose - needle or gas chamber. We offer both methods here in the Grand Canyon State. And, she gets to pick.

Great day! Murder in the First.

Excuse me, I'll be outside doing a cartwheel.

I heard our Katie (Kathy M.) talking about it on the radio show. She said Juan split the second court was in recess, he just left. Meanwhile Katie Wick was lost somewhere and ended up riding the elevator with Juan who squeezed her hand and had tears in his eyes.

It was a really lovely story :)

That's awesome. I have to admit, my mouth dropped open in shock when I heard the sickening crunch of the camera Juan dropped on the floor...on purpose. I couldn't believe it. I've liked him ever since.

I absolutely think that's who Chris was referring to.

Ah no. Debra Milke is off death row, thanks to a crooked cop in her case. She never should have been there. There are only two now that were put there now pretty recently.

Pondering ....
hmmm...
was today's Jodi interview a preemptive strike against juan's obvious ace in the hole "...I would beg for the death penalty " tape....?

Think about it....
