the part that lost me is that someone died in an uncovered cage without water?? 1:30
That fate would be too good for CM Jodi Arias, compared to how Travis was killed.

I can't quite get behind this. Nothing wrong with your opinion of course, but I would rather have one or two convicted jurors hold out when the whole world is going mad with bloodlust. That person may be the only one thinking rationally. It's not easy to escape death row, so I would rather one person that deserves death get life in prison than to have one innocent person get the needle.
Reality check for Jodi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJTBLd-72fg&feature=youtu.be
Based on what I read earlier in the thread, the DA is "assessing" and there may not be a 2nd try. He has an option to turn it over to the judge and let her decide LWOP or LWP and save a ton of money. He can re-try it too, but it is not carved in stone that it will happen.

Ridiculous, emotional sentiment. Funny you mentioned rational thinking.
Jodi's isn't finished with Travis' family. Watch for her next crusade on stopping pedophiles like Travis. She'll never stop. If she has any ability to control what happens outside her prison, they will also be in physical danger. She will pick someone to marry that will be easily manipulated to assist with her evil deeds outside of prison. She's not just a sociopath; she's a psychopath.I usually think Dr Drew is an idiot, I agree with what you posted he said above.
The justice system isn't about revenge. I understand the families desire for the DP and I wanted it for them because they did.
The best thing they could do now for themselves is to agree to a plea of LWOP. by doing so, they wouldn't be giving Jodi another minute of control or another opportunity to be seen and heard . she would no longer be in control over their lives. All IMO

:waitasec: Arias was convicted. She's anything but innocent. :waitasec:
The poster murderess for bloodlust looks like this
My husband told me that if we were ever in court and if I needed comfort, he would put his arm around me.
I tried to explain to him that was probably not allowed in court.
He didn't care.
We are in the South.
