Can anyone help me out with a question I have.... I thought the computer and phone expert said there were NO nude photos anywhere on any of Travis's computers or phones.

If she had sent those photos, or he had sent photos of his private parts, wouldn't there be a record on his phone?

Am I mistaken about that testimony?

My prediction for the verdict is that it will take a couple of days. That jury seems to take their job seriously (asking questions even in the final phases), and even if they all think she's guilty they'll probably want to make sure that the decision is made after *some* discussion and they'll probably have some things to say about it after having to be silent for so long. But based on everything that has been posted about their behavior, their questions, I do really think they think she's guilty of first degree murder. I think perhaps one or two might be considering a lesser charge but hopefully the majority will be able to quickly point out that the lesser charge clearly doesn't make sense.

Let's hope for the best for TA and his family and for the worst for JA

OMG - She did the "throat cutting" move !!! Did she do that subconsciously I imagine? Wow - I wonder if any of the jurors caught that...I did notice her taking very deep breaths many times and suppose that was the anxiety.

I think she did it on purpose. Notice her eyes after she has done it. She isn't smiling but you can see her eyes give away her feelings. Her eyes lit up.

if she is convicted of 1st degree M., and if the jury decided on life, then the JUDGE gets to decide whether it's LWOP or Life with parole.

What do you think the judge would decide if this happens? (just curious)

LWOP. I don't think that Judge would ever let her see the light of day again.

I have to disagree with that statement. She was visibly shaken by Juan's cloing, taking "deep cleansing breaths" on several occasions.

I only saw her do that once, when he was talking about Travis saying she was the worst thing that ever happened to him. Deep breath and clenched jaw - I saw that as her holding back anger. IMO

It's just weird because the nude pics of him were taken during those same minutes. I can't figure that day out and I guess I never will. I just would love to have an idea of what the general mood was. I have wasted too much energy on her thoughts and actions- I realize I will never fathom her mind, thank God!

YES ... each and every day during Verdict Watch. As I said in another post about this same thing ... Sheriff Joe ain't no taxi service.

Each day ... JA from jail to court at zero dark thirty. Back to jail at 4:30 pm or so. :floorlaugh:

This I hope is where she will begin to finally realize the buck stops here. She is so used to coming into the courtroom each day and give evil eyes to people. But this time, she will have to sit there by herself and she will be left with her thoughts and the jury will be so close in another room. I hope she begins to worry and worry some more and worry even more.

She should worry, but I dont think we have to. I really think the evidence is overwhelming and I trust the jury will give us a just verdict.

I respect your opinion honestly. Having said that my belief is she qualifies for the label. Only due to the fact after the murder she was grinding and adjusting. On the plane ride from Travis's Memorial she was hitting on a guy. It's just slutty behavior in my book. And these are facts that are public thus far. It is my observation "these types" of women who kill often are very promiscuous. IMO
