wonder if maybe they have reached a verdict and the folders that Valerie was carrying are their notes that they have been taking?? just guessing here

As you can see,I've never been a prolific poster, but I do read here lots. When I am stressed,I post even less and turn very much inward and just tend to think to myself. The last couple of months has been exceptionally stressful,my marriage has been on the brink of divorce.

But I do want to thank all of you for your posts, your stories, your humor, your love for the Alexander family.I am waiting (not so patiently) for a verdict.I am hoping that we don't have a holdout juror.I was really expecting a verdict today .Thanks to all of you for keeping me sane the last few months!

You should post more! Then we can help you feel saner, just by comparison. Just kidding, I'm very sorry for your current stress. That is all consuming.

(Reposting question - sorry if I missed the answer earlier)---Will we know if the jury has questions or requests to view evidence during their deliberation? If so, will we know what the questions or requests are? TIA!

I have the beginnings of a migraine from this instense waiting.

Many many years ago I hung out back stage with the Beach Boys. John Stamos
was their drummer and he was beautiful. Prettiest green eyes I have ever seen.

Set a specific ring tone for that text # so that every time you get a text from family/friends you don't run to the TV.

I just picked up this book from my local library two days ago, but haven't really started to read it. I've heard a lot about it, so I'm anxious to get into it!

I read it, and liked it so much that I read her other books, too. There are similarities, esp. regarding one of the main players in the trial and one of the main characters in the book. But I don't want to spoil it for anyone. I couldn't put it down...However, I actually like her earlier books better, particularly Sharp Objects.

I'm surprised the jurors haven't taken a smoke break or something since lunch. It's 3:11 pm there right now.

I'm such a poor Mexican. In a family of 12
I just ate sardines and stayed home lol but I was I'll so I have a reason
:floorlaugh:
You must like habanero s and potato chips, Cheetos flaming hot!

Hey, I come from a pretty big family of 7. I went to school with twin sisters that came from a family of 22, same mother and father. If I recall there was three sets of twins in that family. This is the honest truth.

I have friends today that think 7 kids is crazy. Ha! I laugh and tell about the family of 22 and they think it's an urban legend. LOL.

It is approximately 3:10pm in Mesa, Arizona right now. The jury has been deliberating a little over 6 hours now.

I am really starting to get concerned - I am worried that the jury is not "seeing" Arias' premeditation.

What could be taking the jury so long?

I am fearful that Travis Alexander will not have justice - and I will be heartbroken (with all of you).

Since it is after 3pm in Mesa - Does anyone think that the jury is going to return a verdict today?

What time is it in Arizona at the moment?

If they asked for evidence to go over, it will take at least an hour for them to go through it. Maybe another hour of discussion, then time to vote. If it's unanimous, will there be enough time for an announcement?

I voted that it would take more than 2 days to a week (I think I posted 3 days) and I'm still sticking to that.

I cross posted and saw that it's past 3pm. Thanks.

I don't think the lack of an immediate verdict is a bad sign. I think it's a good sign that they're taking their duty seriously. AZLawyer had a good post about it earlier. The rumours of them giggling together, to me, means they've been debriefing and chatting about everything (as I would expect them to do).

Here is my big celebrity encounter...

Once I met Barbara Eden on a plane (1980?)

and

Once I had breakfast at a hotel about 6 feet away from Walter Peyton and his family.
I met Donnie Osmond at Mr green Jeans in Toronto back in 1992....his son had just spilt chocolate milk....and was making a fuss...I took that opportunity to go get his autograph......:floorlaugh:

i do not know nor am I related to any famous people except maybe in my family tree?that I do not know about..youy know how that is? the family tree always has some famous person in it. Besides most celebs do not use their real names...

Jodi is a pro at knife skills, tire stocks have plummeted since her incarceration.

Didn't Darryl collect knives? Maybe that is how she learned to use one....

On finding blood on her hands while drinking...no matter where the blood was from she took great care not to leave blood around the house. Conscience thought.
