I agree with the rest of your post. She has certainly maintained all of her rights throughout this trial. She has no room to be complaining on that score.

Just listen to the Az attorneys. We have different laws and court procedures so the TH's don't know much about it. I know we haven't had a sequestered jury for at least 40 years, but I didn't bother to look on Google, that was just my first hand knowledge :blushing:
What I found hilarious was HLN saying that the jury instructions were difficult to understand and in "Legaleeze"? Whaaahhtttt? THEY can't understand it because they don't understand our Felony Murder/Premeditated Murder...

If they were all convinced of M1 the initial vote would have been unanimous. Obviously that isn't the case.... The longer it goes, the less I like it.... I vaccilate from minute to minute with my feelings. I want to hope.

I WANT to stay positive but I am starting to feel mean about this jury. HOW HARD is this REALLY?????? If this Jodi Arias thing gets less than it deserves because of another Pinellas twelve......there is no hope for our justice system or our country.

You would have thought that Jean C would have learned her lesson with her false reports regarding this jury. I can't believe HLN allows her to cover this after she injected herself previously. It almost caused a mistrial. Shame on Jean C. Let the jurors do their jobs in peace and in PRIVATE! :furious:

And HLN's sister station CNN with their fine reporting on the Boston terror attacks (sarcasm)... the head honchos need to step back and re-evaluate their roles. They are NOT the news. They are covering the news.

HLN is going to go through a crisis without a story to exploit... I'm sure they'll be setting up camp for Zimmerman's trial as soon as possible. Until then- they might have to cover the news (gasp!).

No big deal. I had no clue about sequestering or not. I also had no clue that a judge could get on a tv show and bad mouth a past defendant and her "used care salesman-type" lawyer. I guess if all phases of the trial are over, its fair game. I don't like the defendant, nor her past lawyer, so it matters little to me.

They also can vote for both pre-med and felony. What I don't understand is the definition of felony murder. So if I were on the jury, I would want to discuss it so I am clear about the meaning before I would cast my vote.
