Last night the twitterer Juan's Tie posted a post from JAII. The theory of this person was that the Crock Pot carrier was a pro-Juan person who smuggled in evidence and transcripts given to him by Juan so they could secretly use it in deliberations. He's also concerned that the reason the jurors wanted to switch was because the alternate was also pro-state and was commissioned to kill Jodi in the courtroom of she didn't get death and the crock pot housed a .25.

Or something like that. Sketchy on the details. But what I can tell is it was bat chit.

Yeah that is not crazy at all.

Can you imagine ALL the evidence that we didn't get to see because JSS ruled it was too prejudicial? Yikes! We would likely be there stringing a rope in a tree for her. Guess restraint is a good thing.

I feel the same way Scarlett. There are 11 years between them. Jodi moved out of the house when she was 17, so Angela would have only been 6. I feel for the whole family. They have lost everything they ever had because of their evil spawn. Her father lost his business/restaurant, their home went into foreclosure. Her family did not murder anyone, and they definitely didn't ask for all of this. Sad. MOO~

We can all feel sorry for the goddess's family except for three things.
1). Mrs. arias tried to sell the fake pedo letters to the Inquirer!
2). Mrs. Arias and her cohorts wore domestics violence ribbons to court in front of the victims family members!!
3). Mr. and Mrs. Arias posted a you tube video proclaiming Jodi's innocence and begging for money!!!!

They knew in advance she had already admitted the slaughter but it didn't matter to them.

No, you're not! I didn't even know what it is. But seen all this crock potting discussion - I finally had a look on amazon: 2,126 results... any recommendations???
Actually I wonder how you can COOK with such a pot...
Now I'm curious and will check out some crock pot recipes.

I really can not wait to see this last trial on video. Tweets only tell part of the story. I want to see the thing play out in front of me. I want to watch Juan in Action.

Me too. I also can't wait to actually hear from Juan (hopefully) about what he thought about the trial, etc. And I also hope to hear from the Alexander family, if they are up to giving some sort of statement. And of course the jurors.

she doesn't have any proprietary rights in prison or already convicted felon does she AZL? Haden didn't need permission to air that footage. He only made deals with her for her interview like promising not to show her stripes to gain her trust for in person interview. Thats why he says "keep rolling" when she walks out and he shows her full body shot. Doubt she has any rights to ownership of her song. Plus, it is Madonnas song, so doesn't Madonna have the rights to who sings her songs

She still has intellectual property rights in prison. She did not violate Madonna's property rights (or whoever actually wrote the song) by singing it, though, and Troy didn't violate hers by taping her and broadcasting it, because that was done (1) with her permission and (2) for news coverage purposes, not to replace the market (if any) for recordings of her singing voice.

I don't know if JA used the word "fog", but in her secret testimony she described first becoming aware that she'd done "something bad" around the Hoover Dam ... as she spent 16 minutes checking TA's voice mails and leaving her perky own, which was her first attempt to "cover my tracks". Uh huh.

The person who posted that the mother said that, maybe someone in the media, corrected themselves. She never said that. I am sure her mother will be there for the verdict.

I believe it was on Thursday. The mom was leaving and she remarked to the media she would not be there for the verdict. That would be at the end of the day. I sure wish I wrote down who said it on WS. I thought it was strange since 'mom' has been there since the beginning. It is like the same remark the sister made about coming to Phoenix etc. That selfie picture and comment were made last week, so it was a repeat. Lots of rumors going around. What are fact and what are rumors, it is hard to tell.

Yes, it's quite a bizarre-o world. They think a verdict of LIFE means she's walking out of the courtroom, FREE today! There was no DNA, she's taking the fall for someone else. Thinking about it, why are they saying all these things, if they believe it was self-defense???? If they think that's it, well, they wouldn't be making all these outrageous claims. They can't stick with one thing, just like ja & the DT.

Troy Hayden told samia Khan on Fox 10 that he heard some really bad people in Perryville are waiting for Jodi. He said this is a bad prison with bad people in it.

Well then Jodi will fit right in. Jodi will be able to hold her own. She was able to slaughter a man twice her size. If she's strong enough to do that she's strong enough to hold her own with women who are equally as bad as she is.

I used to have track pants a lot like what you see in the picture. Dark blue with a light blue stripe. And I'm pretty sure I'm not a marine. I had a lot of track pants.

Would you want to believe your daughter was a cold hearted murderer? I wouldn't. I can not hold it against a mother for not wanting to believe the worst. We will see what happens in the future.

Okay I know I am naive about a few things......but I wish there was some way to change the whole legal system. I think of Caylee and how JB blamed George for everything, past and present. This case and the online blah blah blah (I refuse to use the Defenses favorite word "P") I don't think Defense should be allowed to create reasonable doubt by any means, make up whatever. re: Defense - we found some photos, here they are... not we found some photos and that shows blah blah blah. I really think this is a USA thing. I don't think, or let me say, I wonder if other Countries allow defense attorneys to say anything to create reasonable doubt without facts of some sort to back it up? Again, Caylee and what JB said in his opening statement and how he never presented anything to back it up. Okay that's all. JMO Oh and this is not against any of our wonderful Lawyers
