I am thinking she will eventually really pi** someone off. 3 hole wonders might have a limited shelf life in prison, money or no money. But, I have not given up on jury, yet.

They are under no obligation whatsoever to go through all the exhibits from the first trial, and I hope like heck they're not actually doing that.

Me too. Some people are thinking she's going to walk in there and be vote The Most Popular Girl and get along just fine and that's why they don't want her to get LWOP. That won't happen. She's not going to be the Marcia Brady of Perryville. Don't let yourself think she will be happy there. She will try to act like she is but she will be miserable! She will be exhausted from watching her back and putting on a show 24/7.

With LWOP she'll be in isolation for 2 or more years! People keep forgetting that. She won't be 'waltzing' anywhere, not for a long time, if ever.

If she gets "life" she will have to come up with money to fight those appeals ( cept that first one ) .

They have heard the sex tape, they heard about the gas cans and it won't be lost on them what all of it means. Juror #3 said that opening overview was an eye opener for her as she didn't know what the evidence of premediation against her was until then.

The only positive thought I have for it taking "this long" (relative, I know, but I consider this case to be pretty open and shut and I also know if she receives the DP that it's highly unlikely she'll ever be executed), is that maybe these jurors are just dumbfounded with the amount of evidence against her. They have invested so much of their time and lives into serving on this jury that maybe they feel compelled to piece it all together, since essentially, they are coming into this having missed a major component: the guilt phase.
