I have several thing's DVR'd from last night ( so I can skip the commercials ) so I'm off to watch them.

G'Night Y'all, see ya tomorrow~

Justice for Travis and the Alexanders!

I so agree with you re the trauma nurse. That said, I do hope she has not come to the realization that (although she qualified as DP juror) under the stark reality of the situation, she no longer feels able to call for DP.

She needs to be broken.

Maybe they were looking at the photos and that's why she was crying. The red-faced guy might have been ready to vote LWOP and another juror told him check that dude look at the photos.

We have no idea what's going, I sure know I don't lol now ALV could probably tell us but Thank God she isn't there. JMHO

They only decide Life or Death, if they decide life then the judge decides LWOP or Life with the possibility of release after 25 years.

Yes, in Jodi Ann's delusional mind she is going to a new 'singles' ward in Goodyear Arizona! Reaching out to the 'sisters' in the ward... in advance!

She's gonna "Mormonize" all her sisters in the ward.

That jury had discussed the case at length in the guilt and aggravation phases as well. Not to mention, didn't they say they knew they were deadlocked the first day on the penalty phase? It makes sense that this jury will need a lot more time to go through everything. Also, Juan's case (re: the crime itself) was presented to them over 5 months ago! If I were them, I would be reviewing all of that just to refresh my memory.

Just speculation on my part.

The juror (trauma nurse) who was seen crying could be a big sign here. IMO she is trained to save lives, she may be struggling with voting for the DP but realized all the criteria had been met.

The man with the red face may have been feeling the same way.

not sure - we have so little to work with in this whole trial by tweet - everything is speculation. Every sentence - every tweet and even the meaning behind the words (shades of MF and ALV)
This is my thought too. She has been trained to save lives. This has got to be hard on her. It doesn't mean that she won't vote for the DP though.

Take these reporters' opinions with a grain of salt. Remember during the first trial when the reporters talked about how 'ponytail' looked stern, bored and like she'd sympathize with Arias? The reality is that she would have voted for death (she was an alternate) and is still close to Travis' family.

I didn't know they had evidence from the guilty phase to sift through, wow. Good news they are not giving up, "after all . . tomorrow is another day".

Kelly Gissendaner will be in the death chamber now.

IMO, the upset/crying jurors could be the pain and anguish they feel for the Alexanders.

Here's the thing folks:

WE DON'T know WTH they are thinking.

ITA. As a former ER Trauma RN, deciding whether someone lives or dies would be really difficult for me. We try so hard to save lives, it is almost counter intuitive. I am surprised she made it on to the jury actually.
