I so agree with you re the trauma nurse. That said, I do hope she has not come to the realization that (although she qualified as DP juror) under the stark reality of the situation, she no longer feels able to call for DP.
Maybe they were looking at the photos and that's why she was crying. The red-faced guy might have been ready to vote LWOP and another juror told him check that dude look at the photos.
We have no idea what's going, I sure know I don't lol now ALV could probably tell us but Thank God she isn't there. JMHO
JA's having her people get with Wendi's people.
Yes, in Jodi Ann's delusional mind she is going to a new 'singles' ward in Goodyear Arizona! Reaching out to the 'sisters' in the ward... in advance!
That jury had discussed the case at length in the guilt and aggravation phases as well. Not to mention, didn't they say they knew they were deadlocked the first day on the penalty phase? It makes sense that this jury will need a lot more time to go through everything. Also, Juan's case (re: the crime itself) was presented to them over 5 months ago! If I were them, I would be reviewing all of that just to refresh my memory.
This is my thought too. She has been trained to save lives. This has got to be hard on her. It doesn't mean that she won't vote for the DP though.Just speculation on my part.
The juror (trauma nurse) who was seen crying could be a big sign here. IMO she is trained to save lives, she may be struggling with voting for the DP but realized all the criteria had been met.
The man with the red face may have been feeling the same way.
not sure - we have so little to work with in this whole trial by tweet - everything is speculation. Every sentence - every tweet and even the meaning behind the words (shades of MF and ALV)
Goodnight, Jury.
Goodnight, Mrs. Calabash, wherever you are.
The killer has broken her Twitter silence.
Two years in isolation is a long time-she might just wish for the death penalty, like she said two years ago!

Because he does... remember, he is a member of the defense team.
