Would them saying they are hung really take a while to deal with. If hung I do not see any change of heart especially after deliberating so much. Seems like verdict would be in and dealt with. I can see the judge saying go back try again if they spent a few hrs at it.

That's the most likely outcome the way this retrial of the sentencing phase works.....tough to get a unanimous decision.
