Nicole's children were and are receiving what OJ can pay. The rest of her Family were not parties to the Civil action. Every cent the Goldmans take comes out of Nicole's children's pocket as well.

I truly am getting nauseated.

And to know Travis was one vote shy from receiving true justice is tearing me up inside and makes this very sad sad sad day even worse.

True. Completely true. I just think that this jury had it harder because they did not see the whole trial start to finish. Had they I think it would have been different. That is why I think this second penalty phase is bad. It would be one thing if they could show them the whole trial start to finish and then send them into deliberate the verdict. but these people basically saw a different trial with NEW EVIDENCE that was not in the first trial. I can not blame them.

I chose not to watch this live. As far as I'm concerned , I'm done. Don't care about her sentencing or anything else about her. Any interviews would be just more lies. The only thing I would want is an alert the day someone takes her out as a trophy and she's truly dead. Then we can all celebrate.

I didn't watch either. Although JA deserved the DP imo, LWOP is a terrible existence. If she wants to count this as a win I don't care. It's not. I'm done too. I will continue to remember the Alexander family in my prayers and all of y'all here too. Peace out!

That is not true. There have been more than a few woman who kill their abuser instead of running when they had the chance.

Not when youve been away for months...they dont drive back 1000 miles to kill them.

I wish this holdout had been replaced. If she refused to deliberate from the start they should have reported her.

Maybe she is the one who wanted to be replaced with an alternate.

I have NO faith that this judge is going to do the right thing. Everything she has done up to this point has been the WRONG WAY of running a trial. Why would the final sentencing phase turn out any different ?

In the end i think cmja was counting on the DP. SHE didn't want life. She knew her best shot was getting the verdict overturned on a technicality. Those days are over. Jodi arias is now just prisoner number 1111456 and is NOT a martyr for any cause. Shes no longer important and that's a fate worse than death to jodi

It's sickening to us, but they did their job. They prevented her from getting the DP. Classless to call it a victory, but you can see why they are pleased.

If it was 11-1 for DP, the outcome was determined during jury selection imo. I'd love to see the questions directed to the holdout back then and her answers, and whether her background with prison/dv was admitted or hidden. Ditto whether JM tried to "strike" her as a juror, but couldn't.

If this true then this juror should have never been on this jury to begin with.

FOX news says it still can not confirm it was just one juror that would not vote for death.

AND its time to band together and get MDLR put in her place/fired/removed. I blame HER more the Nurmi or Wilmott, they HAD to give a solid defense and i HATE how low they stooped to do it, but her behavior was a hundred times worse. I don't live in AZ but if any one wants to start a 'cause' etc, I'm in and will do whatever I can to support/help.
