Here is a screenshot from the first crime stoppers poster which had the picture of her car. I can't remember which thread it was originally posted.

Did she know anyone that lives in that area where she was found?

I've made more than one post addressing this. I know it's not easy to search on here but google is also your friend.

As someone who suffers numerous self inflicted injuries, mainly by being a useless cook, it's not a misleading term. It simply means an injury caused by one's own actions, not by another or defending against another's actions.

You're right. But how many times do you hear someone who burns their finger while cooking or cuts a finger with a knife describe those injuries as self inflicted? In all the cases I've followed on WS I've never read of a self inflicted injury unless it was very serious, like say a gunshot wound. I'm also aware of the definition of self-inflicted and I use google often. None of that changes my mind that calling wounds on a victim self inflicted is misleading - at least to me.

Thank you,
I've tried to zoom in and did so when this picture was first put out, does anyone else see a potential break in the passenger's side window by the mirror?
OR
is that a reflection from a tree's limb's?

ETA: also, the gas tank door, is that from finger printing?
is there a gas station on her "normal" route to work?
also, notice that the passenger seat is further back than the driver?

The passenger seat does look recessed.
I don't know if it is just the angle of the photograph that could distort the front and passenger seats, though...

I see the mark on the window, but I don't know if it is a reflection.

IMOO.

This photo appears to be taken inside the MLT police station garage.

I wonder ....

I find it hard to believe she was in that culvert for a week.
but I guess its possible if no ppl walk passed there.

What is your opinion on the gas tank door?

Looking at the car again, I just want to point out that it's extremely unlikely that someone was hiding in her car that morning. I think it would be pretty obvious if someone was back there.

My passenger seat is recessed because my fiancé is taller than I am. He is the person who most often rides there. I think in her case, this would be consistent with her husband riding in the seat.

What is your opinion on the gas tank door?
It appears that the red tape is on every surface that can be opened. Probably to make sure it's not tampered with.

ETA - if you look closely, it's on the doors, gas tank and hood. I'm guessing it's on the trunk, too.

Don't u all think if someone murdered her they would have chosen someplace else to hide her?

Yes, the tape is in many places.

I thought the poster was questioning why there was a black mark.

It was presented to me when I brought it up originally that the tape represents that these areas need to be processed and that it isn't tampered with.

I totally get that.

I also zoomed in on the seats and it could very well be the angle.
