Who would believe you would kill your supplier? It would be like signing a warrant for your death. Every supplier works for someone up the drug chain of command. Not the best health insurance for sure. jmo

The trial was scheduled to begin in November, but on Monday defense lawyers argued they needed more time to investigate the circumstances surrounding Belton's murder. They requested that the trial be delayed until January.
Court workers said the judge will make a decision regarding a trial date sometime this week.

Demetrius Glenn, Adams Kinard's co-defendant, requested a continuance from Judge Sam Cozza as soon as he received word about the plea deal. Both had been scheduled to go to trial last month but, when Adams Kinard changed his plea, Glenn requested the continuance, which Judge Plese granted through March 2, which now gives him and his defense attorney time to research his legal options.
