Since they're both juveniles, I'm not sure this will be live streamed.

Seems they are being charged as adults -- the records are all public on the court site -- nothing sealed and/or redacted. JMO

Another twist!

Charging documents allege that the boys, Gabriel Davies and Justin Jiwoon Yoon, both 16, broke into the Orting man’s house through a dog door while wearing gloves and dark clothes. Records state that Davies father told law enforcement that the teens were directed to steal something from the house by the victim’s “biker buddies,” who allegedly threatened to hurt them if they didn’t follow through.

There was an article that mentioned some friends of the victim were removing what the neighbor said was the victim’s vehicle while one of his neighbors was being interviewed for a story. He apparently worked on customizing bikes.

This link shows some of the victim’s friends leaving his property on motorcycles with what the neighbor said was his vehicle.

Why would they have been allowed to take his vehicle?

Edit: Just saw a possible answer to this question, that the bikers may have been following behind or escorting LE who were the ones removing the victim’s vehicle.

lol. Nice try boys. There's zero chance the biker story is true.

It sounds like 2 guns were used, and the victim was also stabbed. Clearly both boys had a hand in the murder itself, although legally, it doesn't matter.

The victim was found in the laundry room, with a “significant amount” of blood near his body and some splattered on the washing machine. Fire department personnel arrived and found a spent shell casing near his body, and a possible gunshot wound to the man’s temple, according to the declaration for determination of probable cause. Further investigation by a medical examiner found defects on the man’s stomach and chest believed to be stab wounds.

No firearm was found near the victim, but more shell casings and “numerous” gun cases and ammunition loading equipment were found around the house and in a detached garage. According to the probable cause document, a .45 caliber shell casing and a 9mm casing were found, indicating that two guns were possibly used. Two empty gun holsters were also found.

It was later determined that the defendants stole two firearms from the residence and disposed of them in Thurston County.

Hahahahah. Sure they did:

Davies’ father said Davies was followed by the victim’s “biker buddies” and pulled him from his truck on Tilley Road.

The blood found in the truck was from the biker’s smashing Davies’ face against the inside of the truck.

The “biker buddies” then drove Davies around in a Suburban, roughing him up before they let him go. They also took his shirt and shoes.

9/6/22

Charging dos at link.

Both suspects were booked into Remann Hall Juvenile Detention Center.

On Tuesday, Davies and Yoon were ordered to be held $1 million bail, each, and will be tried as adults.

Did Gabriel's Dad actually tell that biker story with a straight face?? Good grief...

This has got be some of the craziest mess I’ve ever heard. This sounds like some fiction novel, I wouldn’t bother reading... except it’s real!!

The details are disturbing and I hope the court system takes this very seriously in the eventual sentencing phase. I don't want to read about either of these sociopaths (IMO) committing more murders after being released from prison in 20 years (like Cleotha Abston). IMO, the murder was likely premeditated. The story Davies has concocted is pathological.

Well the only thing that's going to be real is that Gabriel told this story. This sounds like a robbery gone wrong at best, and premeditated murder at worst. Overkill.
