Its tomorrow at 2:30pm PST. And interestingly he.is no longer listed as out at another facility via kitsap county. Means hes in the proper jail now.

I am guessing the evaluation is done, sonce.he isnt "out at another facility" but I have no real knowledge of the eval status.

Yeah really !! What is the deal with the jacket over his head ?? I can't believe those deputies would even honor a request like that.

I don't remember too many other perps being escorted into a court room looking like the Grim Reaper.

I believe it was mentioned at the time of his arraignment he was a minor and it was his right to remain "anonymous".

I thought it was until it was determined he would be charged formally as an adult? Until the court would determine if he would be charged as an adult he could prevent his face from being photographed. Hopefully the evaluation will formalize his being fit to be tried. I can't imagine the charade of jacket over the face will continue -- others his age have managed to be tried without the benefit of a jacket over the face. It looks really disrespectful to the court (MOO). I know the judge allowed it for his first two appearances but hopefully that will end soon.

A fitting analogy, steelman, since he was the Grim Reaper in poor Jenise's eyes. All I can think of is how scared this poor baby must have been and that is why I can't wait for the wheels of justice to begin turning, especially since justice is the one thing (the only thing) that GG can't steal from little, innocent Jenise.
