I believe her maiden name was Meyer. I'll see if I can find any other records.
Edit: Appears to be her former married name.

I believe this is my great aunt, my grandmother used to talk about her baby sister Pam that went missing in Everett and was never found. If I'm correct, her birth name would have been Pamela Lynn Fitzgerald. My grandmother always thought she ran afoul of the wrong person around the Everett waterfront and was dumped off a boat, but that's just speculation.

I believe you're correct about her birth name. She married J Meyer in 1974. I found a photo of her attached to an Ancestry profile.
