I admit I am also shocked that NOTHING has been done make Julia accountable for Sky's disappearance. Instead of being in a taxpayer funded JAIL, JB is in a taxpayer funded apartment and she offers NOTHING about what happened to Sky?? No concern, No help, No answers, NOTHING!

Dear Sky Crew,

I figured in the face of all this hopelessness, it might be nice to throw in a little sunshine.

As some of you who were following in the earlier days of Sky's case might know, my wife and I have been struggling with infertility for the past year and hoping against hope that she would get pregnant.

Well, the joyful news is finally here and ready to be shared: she's pregnant!!

We're expecting our first child, a baby boy, this July.

And, yes, the name Sky has made it to our top ten list (we also just like nature names!).

I don't know if that's where we'll end up in terms of naming our son, but I just wanted you all to know that Sky is being honored one way or another....and that life does goes on.

If you're curious....this is how I'm feeling right now:

Regarding the form that the Housing Authority sent to me..yes,I recieved it. It took two weeks to get it,so I filled it out and sent it back that same day. I also faxed it to a number provided.
To be honest,it will probably do no good...but like Ive said before..ya just never know.

I want to know what she did in-between those pictures. Does that make sense? What happened to cause such a "bad hair day?" She looked put together and Sky looked good, too. The next picture tells a much different story.

Sky, you're always in my heart and on my mind. Please, Lord, we need to find this precious little creation of yours. Bring fresh eyes and minds to his case, he should be home with those who love him. IMHO.

Ya know, I am a really understanding and forgiving person, but now I remember why I could not look at her pics any more. SHE. MAKES. ME. SICK. That poor child...

Each day that I come here, I hold my breath as I scroll down the posts just HOPING & PRAYING that there has been a break in this case. It's so incredibly frustrating that she is allowed to go on with life as though she has no responsibility for Sky's well-being and whereabouts. Enough is enough! Charge her with SOMETHING!!!! There are more than enough things to charge her with! LE - think about MM!!!! She was neglected, abandoned for extended periods of time. :banghead:

It just boggles the mind. I've been reprimanded for asking that question and given the answer that it's so that it doesn't interfere with heftier charges later. If they arrest and charge her with neglience, then they are admitting she left the kid in the car unattended, where if she actually had killed him a week before, it would hurt the case having an "official" charge that Sky was still alive a week later. Something like that. Bump for Sky.

As I see it they have to find little Sky!
Its very hard to prove a family member harmed their child.

I don't think he was in the car that day either. I think she used a doll or some sort of prop to fool little M into thinking he was sick and needed to be bundled up. And that's the reason little M doesn't recall anything unusual that day. I do wonder where little M sat in the car on the way to the "hospital." Did she have her sit in the front seat? That would be telling...

No, there have been no reports on the scent of human remains detected in Julia's apartment. I think you are confusing it with Lisa Irwin's case, where it was reported that cadaver dog made a "hit."

Bree, thanks for putting updates about little Juliette in your signature. It helps me to keep up with how things are going with that.

Why they can't charge Julie B. with something in connection to Sky, I don't know why. She left those children home alone, at least file against her leaving M alone if they don't want to include Sky as to not establish that he was still alive by that time. If M was malnourished, why couldn't she be charged with that??? I don't think Sky was in the vehicle that day either, I think she had already harmed him. :anguish: And I still don't know who the state is supporting her butt when she doesn't have any of her children with her. Why are they putting a roof over her head??

Sky needs to come home, to his father and sister. He needs to be laid to rest someplace where they can visit him. This case is heartbreaking. Will we ever get news? Will Sky ever find justice??

Yes, Bree. There are two unsubstantiated reports from WS members (myself and someone else) who both spoke to the same person who claims to have inside information on the case and claims to have read the police file.

Knowing this person's position in the community/media and prior involvement with LE in cases such as these, I am inclined to believe her. She said that a cadaver dog had a 'hit' in JB's apartment but that it was not enough evidence to arrest JB in the death of her son. Take it or leave it -- this was never reported in MSM. Hope that helps!

This person was also the source of the information that LE knows JB went down to her car in the early morning hours (~1:30am) of November 4th -- for what purpose is unclear. But, the source says she was tracked by the Veloce Apartment FoB system.

I believe this piece is critical to the case. Was she hiding a baby doll in the car to use later that day? Cleaning up evidence? Preparing an alibi? We know that two minutes prior to that (1:28am), JB made her last public Facebook posting (I earlier posited that this was a sign of stress and a coping skill for her) and later that day, she backed out of the custody agreement. We also know trash got emptied at Veloce Apartments that same day. The following day (November 5th), SVU "Missing Pieces" aired for the second time. I believe JB developed her alibi in this 24-hour time period and the following day (November 6th), Sky was reported missing by a tearful but lying JB.

Seajay - Unfortunately, Juliette's case doesn't get a lot of traffic. I added the updates in hopes that others would see it and be drawn to her thread. Another "mother" who deserves to rot in :jail: She's plead not guilty and her attorney has filed a "motion to quash". :banghead:

Thank you! I knew I had read it somewhere. I'd be interested in knowing what area the dog detected. Did they cover her windows and use a black light? Granted, she cleans a lot, but surely she hasn't committed the perfect murder.
