Everything points to BR being responsible for the head injury, the sexual assaults and PR doing all the cover up.

JR was extremely intelligent and highly analytical, he would have hidden the body where it could not be found - outside of the house. The staging was chaotic as was the note. PR was the chaotic one of the 2.

Everything after the visit to the Stine's is a lie and I think everything started there.

I think when JR read the ransom note, he knew PR had written it.

I think FW suspected that the Ramseys had staged the whole ordeal and those thoughts were confirmed when JR ran straight to the wine cellar and found what was not there before.

I have always wondered what two gentlemen were over looking JBR. I suggest that there were portraits hanging on the wall directly above the wine cellar in the foyer.

Perhaps the "two gentlemen watching over [JBR]" is referring to God and Jesus Christ. If so, it solidifies the idea that the ransom note and ransom note writer had a religious nature. If true, it also shows a disdain for JR at the moment it was written, IMO, because the statement is followed by (IBM), "do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them."

So, if there would be a new GJ convened, could they use the old material, along with any new investigation material in order to formulate new True Bills, and then go around Garnett if needed? Maybe that could explain why no other DA is willing to convene another GJ based on the DNA evidence giving new information and cause for investigation? If a new GJ did make new True Bills against a suspect, would they only be able to be for charges not covered by the statute of limitations?:thinking:

Of course they could use material garnered from the first GJ -- it's evidence. If a new GJ were convened (and you'll notice that's a big "if" -- both literally and figuratively), it could come up with any new true bill regardless of anything done in the past. What they could not do though is indict someone on charges that have a SoL that has expired. IOW, the only thing that could be charged is a Class-1 felony (murder, rape, etc.) which has no SoL.

Which SHOULD mean it is not a BDI, since an arrest would have to lead to charges for murder. And if he is serious about welcoming local and national assistance in solving the crime, WHY do we get reports that credible pro bono LE specialists offers are turned down? And, why is it common knowledge that the FBI is waiting for the BPD to re-invite them into the case so their assistance can be used?

Thanks, Tad. I got up and moving this morning just in time to read your post and turn on the boob tube to see the GMA piece on JB. Managed to record it, but I don't think it's really worth the trouble of uploading it to YT. It's only a promo for the A&E program coming on tonight.


Wish we had some way of doing a live chat while these programs are all running. Maybe Tricia has a way somehow to host a live chat during their broadcasts? I think it'd be lots of fun. Tricia? Anyone else have any ideas?

I won't be getting up to watch it. I'm still debating whether there's anything to be gained from watching tonight's A&E program. But, there is something I wanted to mention. Between this and the @$$-clown book, it seems like John has learned an important lesson: he's learned how to say the right things. Remember the interviews from when Patsy was alive, when John talked about how people didn't think he was angry enough? He's learning.

Folks, I'm going to lay it right out on the line for everybody. This A&E show was moved up a month because they're trying to get out in front of what the CBS program is going to reveal. The CBS show is not enough! The Ramseys and their goon squad are and always have been fighting dirty. I say we fight back, and even dirtier! I'm calling for a concentrated effort on our behalf to let A&E know exactly where it stands! Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Really, though, I would suggest anyone enter their email for instant notifications. I entered my own to see how it worked. Got an email as soon as I saved a change. No spam along with it. That teamup.com site seems to be legit, and I feel confident about giving them my email. There was a Barbara Walters interview on tv last night. The first part was in interview of PR and JR. The second was JR with his new wife.

The "facts" as described in the narrative were certainly at odds with what we know is some instances. The basics however haven't changed. It is all about how victimized JR has been.

He stated that he is now 'broke', having lost all his money defending his family. He is unable to get a job with any company because no one wants the bad image.

PR was all polite and soft spoken until something riled her then she went off. Like a switch. Then back to quiet, soft spoken, doe-eyed adoration of JR.

Second wife is all in adoration of JR as well.

Barbara Walters is a team Ramsey and gobbled own whatever they had to say.

We already know 'the truth.' I hate to burst your bubble but what happened inside that home will likely never be discovered. The main POI died 10 years ago. The son was 9. He's not going to confess if he did it or if he knows something. JR will never reveal the truth and certainly won't do anything to implicate himself. There isn't any more information that will answer who struck that first blow. We already know the coverup and staging involved PR (and very possibly JR).

That's as far as this case will ever get unless either JR or BR tells all they know (which they will not do).

This case can be debated and discussed for the next 50 years and nothing more will come of it. (IMO).

It's disgusting, is what it is. You know, I said in my book about Katie Couric's interview with the Ramseys that, "if anyone s***ed my @$$ that hard, my head would collapse." That goes for Baba Wawa, too.
