For one thing, folks do drink too much and drown. It
often occurs with others about, very quickly.
Find the similarities. Most of these victims attracted some sort of attention. They didnt just stumble out drunk and wander off and drown. In many cases, they seemed drugged. A lot of them attracted the attention of management for this and were thrown out.
Also, most were well liked individuals. So, now we have a well liked, very drunk individual, kicked out and drowned. With no enemies to investigate, and relevant witnesses to his drunkeness, LE says case closed every time.
This is the main similarity. the well liked thing is brilliant.
Not only was the victim drunk and disorderly, often way out of character by the way, but LE finds out they did not have anyone out to get them so they need not work that angle.
Shinimeggie wrote about major issues that must be dealt with to end this murdering. At this junction these kids may need to be saved from themselves, so to say. Stricter laws concerning drinking in these bars, how much can be consumed. If they want to get snockered late at night, they need to do it in the safety of their homes. lol
this sounds jumbled. so I need to clarify.
We know these killers are out there, stalking these college bars, because so many of them are already incarcerated.
The ways and means the victims are abducted and killed are manifold, and the judgement is always the same.... their behavior caused it.
Their killers are not found by relentless diligence but when they kill or sexually assault again and make a mistake that time.
To the bars and nightclubs these students are just to be used however they see fit. 9O% of them do not give a hoot about the safety of their customers. They often kick out blacked out customers including young women.
So many of these victims, including Lauren and Hannah, were blacked out. Blacking out is still considered a desired state for this age.
Very hard to say but the charges for being blacked out in a bar need to be severe! Both for customer, and the bar! Instead of fines, which these bars could care less about, it should be closed down for X amount of days every time.
Fine for customer should start at 1,OOO.
And we must not confuse being drunk with being blacked out. there is a huge difference.
Just like someone checks IDs at the door when they go in, someone should always be there when they leave to make sure no one is blacked out. In which case they would need to make sure this client got home safely. Some of the earliest remarks about Lauren from the Kilroys waitresses and bartender was that she was very very drunk and how they described her behavior was that of someone blacked out. And they were still serving her until the moment they asked her to leave, but this also coincided with closing time so I think the waitress was lying about why she told Lauren to leave. Also, in these early Kilroys statements, someone said she was arguing with an older, unknown man
right before leaving. This could have been DM.
So this unknown older man is there at Kilroys, at closing time, bothering a blacked out young woman who is with a very drunk escort. He follows them
to Smallwood, and while loitering around there he sees them leave again and follows them to CRs house, and starts watching her from there now. Now, injured and blacked out, Mike Beth IMO gave her a snort of adderall which bolstered her enough for a handoff to bf Jesse, who took his sweet time getting there, meanwhile she is snatched by DM.
Back to the subject, should violent felons be allowed in these bars....and should
being blacked out be strictly monitored in these bars...
