Where are they going???

The FBI was also there according to the reporter that was on GVS tonight. She said Casey got in Cindy’s car, then Cindy pulled off the road under a bridge and there was a Bail Bondsman employee in a gray SUV waiting and Casey got into that vehicle, the OCSO and the FBI did a traffic stop and arrested Casey. JB said that LE knew of this plan ahead of time and LE is saying NO they did NOT know about this. So the question remains open for now. . I though it was weird then and after hearing about this today……with the FBI involved makes me wonder if this was not some type of a last ditch effort to ‘loose Casey’.

But it got me to thinking about the motion hearing last week and how hard JB argued to be allowed to take Casey on the little secrete field trip. Went back and listened to the part asking for this motion.

Robert Haney for McDonald Bail bonds [I have paraphrased]
Mr. Haney claims Casey is not flight risk. He would just be an escort to Casey and JB. Miller Bail Bond Company does not object to Casey going to key points of interest as long as Mr. Haney is with her [sic McDonald’s guy]
Prosecution asked if arrangements would have been made to give Casey bond in the first place if home confinement had not been done. Mr. Haney did not directly answer question. Stated it was “just a lot of money’. Prosecution re-worded question. Mr. Haney answered, “He doesn’t believe she is a flight risk every one knows her face and she would be apprehended right away anyway.”
Asked if he saw motion. “No, he has not seen the motion.”
“I’m is just an escort.” He believes travel would be local only. “I really do not know what the plans are and it would be up to JB.”
Mr. Haney looked very uncomfortable answering these questions. To me he looked like a rat caught in a trap. He did not want to lie in court but it looked like he had kind of been placed in a position to testify for JB. The question I have is do bail bond companies come to court to testify for the defense like this.

This case really takes the cake. Just my opinion.

Motion hearing Part 1

Getting in over their head if you ask me.

This is why they transfered her to their car, probably were following her in the first place and felt she was going to flee so they apprehended her first. Then the police took over. If it was not for the news cams and Cindy getting out to yell at them, she would have been arrested for fleeing. Cindy could not get away from them and I BET she never new the other vehicles were there. Baez is now probably telling this lie about LE' knowing to keep her from being arrested too. My opinion anyway!

Bond company would loose 500 grand for her fleeing (if she got away) Just because only 50k was put down does not mean you don't owe the rest! That's ALOT OF MONEY!!! as he said on the stand.

Fox News (national news) is reporting that perhaps Casey was trying to escape yesterday after being let off under an overpass yesterday. They are trying to get to the bottom of it. Keep your eyes out on the station for more news. Does anyone think she was trying to escape? Why didn't Baez just drive her to the police station and turn her in? Why all this car changing etc? Its a good think they had an undercover car watching her!

Oh, and this leads me to wonder who these body guards are and why would they help a felon escape from custody???? Why would they risk 500,000 bucks allowing her to escape? Why did this outfit bail her out of jail? Are the body guards connected to the bail bondsman company or private people? That bail company is lucky the cops were tailing Casey yesterday!

I think its odd they were around the airport, of all places. And I guarantee that Cindy would help Casey escape if thats what they were doing.

I don't put anything past her, if she and CA thought they had a chance, they'd be long gone!!!!!

I don't know - I think she thinks of herself like a celebrity and because the news vans were following her she switched out cars to elude all the cameras - from what I hear it was one of the bails bondsmen that was driving the other car - if Casey was trying to escape then that will be certain charges for Cindy and the other driver

I want to know how she was out and about with the ankle monitor? She is supposed to go from the attorneys office to home and Cindy clearly was not going home - that will be considered trying to flee - and with Cindy's help - she keeps digging herself deeper and deeper

I found this odd, also. In fact I heard they were on the south side of the airport near where that witness thought she saw Casey and her car parked in the median. Maybe she was giving her mother information?

Or it was just coincidental...you never know in this case!

In the airport area because news copters could not follow them into the no-fly zone, and thus could not get the arrest on video.

Since it was the bailbondsmans car she got into I don't think she was going to be able to make a run for it with their help so I really doubt this was an escape attempt. It would be in their best interest to make sure she did not slip away.
Now if she was getting into another vehicle that was driven by Lee or another person, then I would be more suspicious.

Maybe KC was showing her mother where to recover Caylee before someone else does?JMHO Anything is possible with these wacks...

I can't tell from the video clip I have seen what actually went down. However, it also makes no sense to me to have all this inane cloak and dagger bs, either.
Baez, Cindy, and Casey could have very easily gotten into a vehicle, driven to the Sheriff's office, whoever was driving could have dropped Casey and the other one right out front, they could have rushed in and turned her in. She has been videoed 2 or 3 times already being arrested, so what is the big deal if it happens again? They still got her being taken in, taken out, and taken in on this latest one.
I'm not sure if it was an escape attempt, but if this did actually happen, it doesn't seem on the up and up to me, and I am unable to come up with any other reasonable explanation for it.

Take a look sometime at Susan Smiths picture on the SCDOC website. It is surprising, or at least it was to me.

Yep she looks rather smug and she looks like she's doing ok. Thick eyeliner and thin. She looks like all the other lifers/repeat offenders I've seen on those prison documentaries.

It's a human thing to adapt. It's not individual to Susan Smith. As a person who grew up in a military family, I lived in many different countries and several different states. Adapting is healthy, necessary for survival, and comes very naturally. Though, some adapt faster than others.

I don't think KC will have any problems fitting in. She lies about her emotions towards others, she lies about herself to make her fit in, ect. She'll be fine, unfortunately.

MO is that Cindy has a love/hate relationship with the press. She overheard, as stated on NG by LP last night, someone say that the helicopters can't see anything when you are under a bridge. She didn't want the public to get the satisfaction of seeing KC arrested.
This woman is a master manipulator IMHO. She weaves webs and webs of deceitful behavior it appears.
This really would make a great Lifetime movie..though I hope they never see a cent for it.
The mistake people make is when we try to make these peoples' behavior seem normal.
It's not. It never has been and I don't expect it to ever begin to be. :)

This is a good theory! Would explain the stupid attempt at media ditching.

And THAT was pretty much all that it was. No hidden agendas, no planned escape, end of story.

http://www.local6.com/news/17718544/detail.html

Anthony was taken into custody by police during the stop.

Baez also said he didn't want a media circus or anyone filming Anthony being handcuffed, Local 6 reported.

Respectfully snipped only b/c of the point I want to talk about.

Baez didn't want his little gal filmed while being handcuffed? Oh what a sweetheart. He's protecting his sweet azz strutting client.

I believe that CA was trying to get away from everyone and the bondsmen kept on them. It's their money that's at risk. I put nothing past CA and she was trying to help KC escape. Too little, too late.

And she didnt' just point her finger at the media, she slammed her hand hard on the drivers window and screamed at them.

Speaking of the bondsman. Nieves with OCSO stated to Fox35 that the bondsman was in violation by having a gun on him with Casey in the car. Of course Baez is crying foul on that.

Kinda wonder if the Bondsman wasn't following Casey and Cindy and didn't like what he was seeing and phoned them and said....pull over....now. It will be interesting to see if this was Baez's stupid plan or not.
