Who are we still waiting to see on the witness stand?

Updated witness list for both sides, this is the link to the state...scroll down past the links.

(I suspect this is a BeanE or someone else from here project.)

If it doesn't work for anyone let me know and I can copy and paste it.

It is LONG though, 348 people. So I won't do it now, just if it doesn't work for someone.
It's public so hopefully it'll work for everyone.

Here is an early witness list for the State. Now some may be eliminated and others added since this list came out. But I bet it is still somewhat accurate.

Mason: “When you looked at the pictures, was the mandible [jawbone] there or not?”
Garavaglia: “The mandible was there. It was there on x-ray and it was there in pictures.”
Mason: “Who placed the mandible there?”
Garavaglia: “God.”

PRICELESS!!!!!!! I can't wait to see Dr G!

Dominic Casey.

He put up waaaay too hard a fight to have nothing to say.

I am in awe of the fact the JP Chatt has avoided this case every step of the way! I realize that he might not have much to contribute but neither did some of TonE's roomates. He knew her while she was with RM. Incredible but true, despite AH's testimony that he didn't like her, we have never seen a single interview (by LE or anyone else) with him. Strange to me.

JP Chatt did give a depo, link above.

The DCF fellow, Procknaw I think is his name. That Dept of Children & Families report was closed with a finding that could help the jury make up their minds as to child abuse. Not knowing where your child is, and not reporting that to authorities puts the child in great harm. Procknaw interviewed Casey in August 2008 when she was released on LP's bond.

I can't wait to see someone that sustains the notion that Caylee could have drowned, that her Grandfather molested her mother and that Roy Kronk was involved in some sort of nafarious activity to help conjure an idea that Caylee was "kidnapped" rather than killed in an accident.

I'm sure that the jury is still waiting for this information as well.

Pink Panther, You hit the nail on the head. After the first 2 weeks of the States case I was completely ready to move on to the defense. I am dying/dreading to see who they call and what they have in the way of evidence. Wish their turn would get here already.

id LOVE to see tracy( leonards associate) get on...rick and shirley p. too..the tattoo artist, dominic casey, kiomarie cruz...tim miller DEFINATELY. im sure theres more, but those stick out in my mind

I've had an inkling for some time that the big "bombshell" that might come during the trial is learning who fathered Caylee. I'm not sure which side would benefit more from this, but I expect to hear from a DNA specialist who will confirm Caylee's paternal genes. jmo

I don't see how the SA can call any more witnesses to testify as to ICA's behavior. I think they've already established that aspect. If they intend to wrap this up next week, they are going to have to concentrate on the experts. Dr. G is the one I am on the edge of my seat waiting to hear!
As far as the DT witnesses, I have no clue................

CA and GA and LA called by state or defense. I would love to see more and more information from them. It may be the only clues that a perosn will ever get to trying to figure out the web of lies from CA and why perhaps they were told.

Roy Krunk.. I am really scared he is going to the the break it for the prosecution. Very odd that he made several calls on different days about finding Caylee. He is very creepy and I think may blow this with reasonable doubt.

I can't wait until the computer forensics come in.

Did it live up to your expectations today? I thought it was all very interesting- to say the least.

Your thoughts?

Which witnesses are the DNA specialists I wonder??? :waitasec:

I might have to watch their testimony...

As creepy as he is, nobody is going to believe that he killed Caylee. He is just a weird dude who happened to work in the neighborhood and decided to hunt for the body. Baez is just trying to deflect blame away from his client, imo.

I see nothing odd about him calling several times. Have you ever tried to report an important tip to LE or Child Services? It always takes several calls to get anything done. You call, wait, then do follow up calls, and then start over again. That is how it usually works.

If I had been a meter reader or letter carrier that worked in the Anthony neighborhood then I would have been actively searching those wooded areas too. I think it is sad that he is being villified just because he rescued that poor baby from her ugly resting place. He should be a hero, not a POI. imoo

I'm really looking forward to hearing from Marine Mark Hawkins, ICA's old high school friend who was living in California.

Apparently, he wore a wire for LE on a visit with ICA right before her final arrest.

I was waiting on Dr. Gary Utz.. I knew he was going to be a bombshell, and he's not even finished!! :eek:hwow:

I am patiently waiting for Dr. G..The autopsy report had
things mentioned we havent even heard yet. I listened close to Dr. Utz
and the other fellow,I want to say Hasken. They were right on the ball.

Dr. G
Jesse Grund
James Thompson (statement to the Maitland Police Dept.) attached.

http://www.acandyrose.com/caylee_anthony_jamesthompson-072209.html

Hi! This is my first time posting!

Anyway, I read in the timeline here that James Thompson saw Casey and Caylee the afternoon of the 16th at Walmart. The Defense story is that Caylee drowned that morning, or at least sometime before George left for work.

Why have I never heard him mentioned before, even though I've followed this terrible story from day one? Wouldn't this witness, according to his police statement, be a slam dunk for the prosecution?
