Domestic violence is not punished appropriately; people who can beat and murder those they “love” are highly unlikely to care about anyone else. It’s a sociopathic flaw and to often people shield them and brand the victims as liars.

If they were chasing, people would say they pushed the driver to flee at high speed.

If they weren’t chasing, it may look like it was planned and intentional by Brooks.

there’s no reports the police were chasing .
We have seen the video at the start that keeps rolling too , no police behind .

There are two kids that are currently critical - one of whom is my parents' neighbor's daughter. We have heard that she may not make it. She's only eleven years old.

Yes, and there is also history of reckless driving, fleeing/eluding officers and operating while revoked/suspended dating back to 2004. This guy should have been behind bars long ago.

The fact he attempted to overrun someone with his vehicle in the past somehow makes me feel even worse. Not sure why. Yes, I totally agree... prison should have been his home years ago.

Honestly I am amazed that no deaths among children were reported. One of the videos I saw showed kids being hit.

Yes. I’m sure many of the children have life-changing, permanent injuries though. And 2 still critical. This is so awful.

A criminal can flee from the scene of a crime without being chased by police.

Per police Chief, they never had a chance to respond to the alleged knife fight. They only had time to respond to the parade calls. Brooks drove through barricades and officers.

Police say this was not a chase, this was not terrorism, and that the gunfire heard on Sunday was from police trying to stop the driver.

Hospital administrator says of the 48 injured, 29 arrived at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. 11 were transferred to Wisconsin Children's. Says many are now stable and likely to be discharged today. One of those taken to Waukesha Memorial was pronounced dead on arrival #WaukeshaParade
