i can't believe he is inviting him back again. so obvious he is trying to put on record that she held him in contempt. He needs to stay in the separate courtroom

Judge made a clear explanation of why she did not hold the defendant in contempt. Basically, she stated this is what he wanted.

So she’s letting him back in even though he hasn’t said he will abide by courtroom rules!? I guess she’s just giving him a timeout! Smh. She and the prosecutors want him in that courtroom at all costs. And he doesn’t want to say he’ll behave so they just have to deal with his temper tantrums I suppose. And use the timeout when he gets to be too much! 6 consecutive life sentences are at the end of this long and dreary tunnel!
