well she can hold him in contempt of court which he is but she has stated reasons not to do that.I’ve been wondering the same thing. I wonder if she can put him in the other room for the duration of the trial.
I am fully expecting something other than DB getting up there and giving an opening statement. I think he told the judge he "is informed" about "subject matter" etc. but will say whatever he wants to the jury. He is now looking often to the ceiling..I think it signals he knows the end is coming and he has no case. I wonder if the public defenders had in all that info sketched out potential open and closing arguments and if he will rely on that or go rogue. My bet is on rogue and hope the deputies are ready. I bet some is jury are pretty nervous to be in the same room with this madman. The Darrell Brooks defense is almost here. Expect one of these upon resumption of trial:
Illness
Injury
Outraged Outburst, removal from the courtroom
The creature that is also known as DB has no intention of following instructions and being told what to do. He will not comply. I will not be surprised if he ever gets to an opening statement today.
