Great informative find......... Why all the interest in Anderson Dairy area very early on ?
Cameras? It is the next property east of the Closs property and has several buildings. Considering that live people were known to be in the house at the time of the 911 call (yelling) it makes sense that those people may have gone to the adjoining property to hide.

115 - 10/15/2018 01:05:19] 317 REQUESTED ERT BE PAGED OUT. ADVISED THE DOOR HAS BEEN KICKED IN. ADVISED THAT THE MALE WHO IS DOWN HAD ANSWERED THE DOOR. UNKNOWN IF ANYONE IS MISSING.

How in the world do they know he answered the door? And there are references to the Jennie O plant and what would make them think this was a suicide initially? so many questions.

I thought perhaps Dad had gone to the door but , WHOEVER it was, he did not want to let in. The door was kicked in and Dad may have been shot "twice." There were "multiple" shots fired (indicated in report). These would have been "loudest" as they were in front of an open door. JMO

Yes. What if the perp was fixated on Denise. He could have known James was at work. Assaulted Denise then shot her in the bedroom. He thought she was dead. Denise made the call from the bedroom. Perp waited to kill James when he was coming in. Took Jayme as a substitute for Denise. James may have even seen a familiar car there and thought it off but nothing to call 911 about.

Dispatch report says door was kicked in and he was shot when he came to the door

Look at Google Maps

I looked up property records to find where the Smrekars (neighbors) live, and it is in fact the first neighbor west of the Closs home. According to Google Maps, that's around 240 yards away, straight line. You can right click on the map to measure distance and click between the two houses. Or look at my previous post where I attached a picture with the distance measured between the two houses.

Either those reporters are wrong or Google Maps is wrong. I side with Google.
Just looking at the number of trees between those two properties, you seem to be right. I'm comparing this to the number of trees in an aerial view of my home in relation to my neighbors. There's a lot more space between them.

That wording made me think he answered the door to the police. They also said possible suicide attempt which makes me think he was alive when they arrived.
I believe suicide reference initially made by dispatcher due to 911 open call and no answer. Once LE on scene and door kicked in that would have changed the nature of the call. MOO

It is interesting that they contacted the casino and yesterday they were searching the 14 miles in the same direction as that casino. And one other interesting thing I found was that there was a female arrested on the 17th that is native american, no charges were listed and if you look her up online she is a activist.

[115 - 10/15/2018 04:25:57] MADE CONTACT WITH SECURITY AT ST. CROIX CASINO AND REQUESTED THAT THEY MAKE CONTACT WITH 303.

303 could be a stationary LE at troublesome casino- "be on lookout they must be coming your way we didn't see them"

That wording made me think he answered the door to the police. They also said possible suicide attempt which makes me think he was alive when they arrived.

I completely agree with what you're saying about the wording. It really does sound like they're saying dad answered door to police and they first say possible suicide attempt which means it wasn't successful (still alive) but then one minute later says "apparent suicide" very interesting wording. I'm with you on this interpretation

As more and more time passes the more dread..fear and worry I have about Jayme.

I think she has been taken by a horrible horrible person. Cruel..mean and sadistic.

A type of individual she never even knew existed before in her protected happy secure world she always had lived. A beautiful life she had known with her parents all of her life before the monster came in the darkness and destroyed the two people she needed most and loved more than anyone.

The thought makes me breakdown in tears for sweet shy Jayme. How terrified she must have been as she saw her two devoted loving parents brutally taken from her forever.

And what she must be going through once taken rips my heart out. She is just a child. No one is even there to console her. She is with the one who has most likely done unspeakable acts against this frightened naive child.

I have tried my best not to lose hope and I still continue to pray daily she will be found alive.

But now I am really so worried that whoever has taken her is thinking Jayme has become more of a liability for him if he keeps her alive.

I am so fearful now Jayme may never be found...alive or dead.

This case is horrifying and all possible endings are just as horrifying. No matter how it ends little Jaymes life will never be the same. Even if found alive she will have so much to overcome...alone without the ones who were always there for her who mattered the most over all others.

At least Shasta had her father who fully supported her when she returned.

Jmo
I keep thinking about the Bible and Freeman girls.

Not really. Murder suicide is more common than you think in Wisconsin. Probably assumed that vs a double homicide in this small town. That is definitely not common.

I wonder what they found to initially indicate it.
