*Status Hearing (@ 9:30am CT) - IL - Kathleen Savio (40) (Mar. 1, 2004) - Drew Peterson (50 @ time of crime/59 when convicted/now 70) was convicted/sentenced (2/21/13) of 2 counts of 1st degree murder/intent to kill/injure in her death. Serving a 38 year concurrent sentence. Also convicted (5/31/16) to hire hit-man to murder Will County State's attorney Jim Glasgow & will serve an additional 40 year sentence. Will County
