I got excited when you wrote deposition...I thought it was the re-scheduled 2nd depo done here in Orlando in November...

According to Anne's statement, Laura is a stay at home mom...

That's concerning ... She seems pretty unstable to be taking care of children.

She also gave someone named Pat her Social Security No. and DOB...and asked Baez why he (Pat) needed it...THUD

Are we to assume her adoptive daughter knows LB is her mother? The one she had when she was 14. I hope she does. What a way to find out!

According to their website, All EMT's are used on a VOLUNTARY basis.....she was nothing more then a volunteer.

I think I have a pretty good idea about what kind of person she is just by her liberal use of the f word.

Well at this point I'm not sure what she is and who's taking care of the children

She has claimed the following to various people, in various emails and in depositon;

1) Law Enforcement in Kentucky(in reality was a Volunteer Animal Rehab person with Dept of Fish and Wildlife),
2) Paralegal
3) CPA & Law
4) Stay at home mom of 3
5) Graduated from Police and Fire Academy
6) Emergency Medical Technician for Mendham Borough First Aid Squad, yet according to their Website it is a Volunteer Squad..

Yes...remember she canceled the 2nd one on October 13, 2010.. citing illness.
The Depo was rescheduled for November 17 2010, she came to Orlando with her new Attorney Mr Bernard Cassidy from South Florida

Also...if she is an EMT in NJ....she is in Basic Life support....which is not saving lives per say......that is left for the Paramedics that get paid for it but the Local hospitals. BLS usually handles basic calls, and then calls Advanced Life support if the situation worsens.

Also, EMT's in NJ are usually a volunteer job.....working with a Rescue squad. At least that is the way it was a few years back

EMT is a state certification or license. It is used or carried by both paid EMS personnel and volunteers. The name and description of the squad seems to imply that it is a fully volunteer organization.

This does not in any way diminish a persons actual role or authority should they be an officer of such a volunteer organization or their authority when in uniform in the performance of their duties. A fire chief is a fire chief when it comes to the law, regardless of whether he comes from a paid or volunteer service. An EMT or Paramedic is that with the full weight of civil authority behind them when engaging in patient care. So do not simply dismiss anything as "volunteer" in this regard. At the very least having that in the persons history means they in theory do have some degree of appropriate training, at least as far as TES would be concerned.

However minor status with small volunteer organizations also does tend to be something of a magnet for fruit loops, whack jobs, and "vanity hero" types at large public situations. I strongly suspect that Ms Buchanon falls well within the domain of crazy that some of my old Chiefs and Investigators used to warn us about. (and yeah we used to see ALOT of them. I don't know why but every branch of the emergency services attracts their own special brand of crazy. Fire service attracts people who like to set fires. Police attracts and has to screen heavily for sociopaths (note how many cops in KC's life) and EMS attracts some truly crazy vanity hero types, with an astonishingly large number of them being women. LB is dead on for the profile.)

Hmm well isn't that interesting. This controlled call from Anne Pham (love that name) to LBs lawyer happened the day before she got sick. I haven't had a chance to read it yet.
