I'm beginning to wonder if she was a *test patient/study group*. Services performed gratis to give the doctor oppoptunities to practice and improve his skill. And many times the participants are compensated...

I don't know what IVF costs, but even with all her disability, student loans etc., I don't think she came close to enough money to pay for as many procedures as she has had...

I don't know, but it kind of sounds like the doctor has been trying to "make a name for himself" and it wouldn't suprise me to hear that he may have "donated" his time. I don't think anyone anticipated this would cause so many moral and ethical issues, I think everyone involved thought it was going to be a huge windfall of cash and praise. JMHO.

LOL! I have to politely decline the opportunity to leave a comment at that page:doh:

ita :(

I guess that is her "alternate way of making money." That's what she said in the interview shown on the Today Show yesterday. She has an alternate way of making money that works for her. Hmmmm, getting pregnant and making the state pay for them.

HMMMMM for real....maybe some sleuthers should be checking out all those alias names on the escort services and *advertiser censored* web sites! ok...that was mean....so I will stop now!

Our news just reported she has a website set up with a place to make donations. I have not caught up this morning so sorry if it already posted.

BUckle up

Well, now we know what her PR firm must specialize in...they are obviously much more adept at creating attractive websites than they are at doing press interviews. I thought all of their press attempts were poorly done and did much more harm to the image of NS than they did to garner sympathy for her.

The kids are cute.

Okay back to work..carry on!

Yes they are beautiful!:)

I just wanted to barf seeing the big fat click here to donate with the options listed smack dab in the middle of their sweet pictures. Don't ask me why it is just bothering me that pictures were posted and a big ol' donate button was in the middle...I need to go take a nap I think:)

Part of me wishes they would have left Nadya's photo off the page... but this is much better than hearing some of the nonsense that she speaks.

Ridiculous!!! Would someone seriously donate money to this woman????? UGH!!!

If they are seeking credit card donations, does there have to be some sort of a foundation set up to do so? If so, what kind of accounting do they have to do to show those donations and what is done with them? Are there laws in California to maintain any kind of control on such soliciataions?

I am betting that many people will donate. (I also bet that many people will leave their :twocents: in the comment section.) Personally, I can't leave a comment because I don't have very many nice things to say but I'm having a hard time not wanting to help when I see those babies.

"In the meantime, the Kaiser Permanente hospital where the eight newborns remain under care reportedly has applied to the state for assistance with its expenses under the Medi-Cal program. We don't know yet whether any of the octuplets will be disabled in ways requiring public assistance. It appears that, in the case of the Suleman family, raising 14 children takes not simply a village but the combined resources of the county, state and federal governments."

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I wish I could see the comments!!

I am going to have to go visit nanny1 in the basement right now.:slap:

That's another thing her publicist did correctly- hide the comments! Can you imagine what some of the comments are???

Leave the door to the basement open... I might have to trail in behind you both.

I'm trying to very hard not to take my wallet out also. Those babies are very hard to resist. All 14 of them. I won't post a comment on there because the system will surely crash.
