Got this from Leslie Rubin's (reporter for Wchs-wvah) official FB page. Arrested on DUI. This is her official page not her personal page. Has his mugshot as well. Hope it is ok to share this link. This was not reported in the media or newspapers as far as I can tell. Vickie Bowen has commented on the post.

I was excited ... for a minute.
 
Ralph is still in jail, hope he rots there, I know he knows what happened to Aliayah. He has hid out in Vadis since she has been missing. I am so glad that he is showing his true demeaner now to everyone. He should have been arrested at least 2 time prior to this for public intox at least. He showed up wasted at Jo Anns funeral and made a total azz of himself, tried to attack me and was escorted out of the funeral home. Then he showed up drunk at the Dove release last year, again no arrest. It does totally tick me off that this was not aired on ANY local news stations. Seems odd to me that everytime LL gets in trouble it is all over the news then not a word when Ralph is arrested . IMO he is just as responsible as LL for what happened to Aliayah, he was in that house and was supposed to be a responsible adult and take care of all those children. I feel he failed Aliayah and all the other children in his care the same as LL has, and should be hounded 24 hours a day everyday until Aliayah is found and justice served. On this particular arrest he was supposed to have stolen his sisters vehicle, yet he was not charged with auto theft. If he did not steal the vehicle, I would think the owner of the vehicle would be in some kind of trouble for allowing a highly intoxicated (3X over the limit) person to drive their vehicle. JMO
 
I'm truly sorry for all you have gone through and continue to go through, Vickie. I really cannot even imagine. I'm very glad that Ralph is incarcerated.

I'm still hoping for justice for sweet Aliayah and most of all, that she is found.

I just want to say, Vickie, that I admire your love and strength that you have shown in finding little darling Aliayah, and that I hope you get answers soon. Forgive me for asking this, but how are you related to her? I've tried to find the answer myself, but there's too many posts and I have no idea where to look. Thank God she has you and Tina that cares so much to keep looking for her. Sending you love and strength to keep going, I can't imagine what you're going through. You are an amazing tower of strength.
 
My computer time may be limited this week due to the holidays but I had to make time to try to honor Aliayah in a small way. Prayers are still going up for the little sweetie with the haunting big brown eyes. Blessings to you,Vickie Bowen, and all who still long to see justice done in this case.
 
i think about this little girl all the time! breaks my heart to think that she was most likely tossed away like a piece of trash. (ironic how she was likely tossed away like trash, by two humongous pieces of trash) I hope she is found, sooner than later, so she can be laid to rest peacefully.

Hunters Asked To Search For Signs Of Aliayah

It's been more than two years since Aliayah Lunsford disappeared from her Lewis County home, bringing out volunteers from across the area to search for her. Tammy O'Connell was one of those out searching and she said there was never any question that she'd pitch in.

"It's just heartbreaking, children coming up missing with no explanation, it's just stupid for that to even happen. I just have a big heart and am passionate about what needs to be done right," O'Connell said.

Me too Claire, my heart always skips a beat when I see her right up on the first page. This little girl has touched a lot of our hearts. She is a part of us.

A human skull has been found along Route 2 in Cabell County.

Sheriff Tom McComas tells WSAZ.com a hunter found the skull about 3:30 p.m. between Route 2 and the Ohio River near the Greenbottom area of Cabell County.

Deputies are searching the area for more evidence and remains at this time.

We have a crew at the scene.

The hunter at first described the skull as looking like a "baby doll." -This would be about 3 hours away from Weston.

Maybe someone can contact the coroner's office? See if it was identified?
