Also mom states she drove around for over an hour. When did it change to 2 hours.

That's what I'm wondering as well. My guess is it changed when LE began questioning her, and she realized that they would be able to find out exactly how long she drove around..so she decided to be honest about it.

I thought the 911 call was made around 11-1130 which would be around 2 hours after she says she noticed her missing. Is that correct or has that been revised?

IMO.... Not only did she drive around for the 2 hrs, but she searched closets, under beds, basement, every nook in the house plus all around the house in the 30 second timeframe she had left.

Alot can happen in two hours. This family has had some pretty extensive contact with the criminal legal system. Perhaps some of that time was spend "cleaning up" things best not seen that had nothing to do with little Aliayah and everything to do with something else.

This kidnapper sure did get lucky. The SF wasn't home, the older kids were in bed with mom, and the 5 year old (who would surely tell the truth) was visiting his dad.

That leaves Aliayah alone in a room.

Wouldn't you call that a perfect storm? All the so-called random events just happen to have occurred at a precise time to allow this "kidnapping".

And then there is the last piece of the puzzle - how did the kidnapper get in? The doors were locked.

What are the odds?

recent cases off the top of my head -

we have kienan hebert who was kidnapped from his home last month. both his parents were home and he has 9 brothers and sisters some of whom are teenagers. No one in the home heard or saw anything of the kidnapper coming or going with Kienan.

Then of course we currently have an active thread about little lisa kidnapped a few days ago with her mother and two brothers at home.

unfortunately, these monsters are out there targeting our children. The fact of the matter is - it does happen.

BBM....But what doesn't happen in those cases is the immediate reaction of the parent that we've seen here.

If the bio dad didn't know he is Aliayah's dad before, I'm guessing he knows now.

the bio dad mentioned by mom - may or may not be the actual bio dad of aliayah. We really have no way of knowing the true name.

How quickly after Kienen was noticed missing did his parents call 911 or at least notify some other adult (neighbor, family, etc)?

From the 911 call Lena obviously gives consideration to the possibility that lil A wandered off...thus a possible reason she could have been driving the adjacent streets looking for her. She also gives consideration to the possibility that her own mother could have come and gotten lil A. Heck, perhaps Lena is a heavy sleeper and thought Mom may have come while she was sleeping, told her she was taking lil A, and Lena simply doesn't remember it....but upon waking Lena panicked before she called her Mom to ask. I'm NOT making excuses for her or against her.

I honestly DO NOT have an opinion in this case. I'm utterly and totally baffled. But one thing keeps slapping me in the face. On this 911 call Lena mentions the potential for wandering off AND the potential for someone taking lil A (even if that someone is 'just' Lena's Mom)....but during the whole checking the closets, under the bed, in the basement, driving the streets....not one single time (assuming that lil A DID wander off) does Lena think it's necessary to mention that the doors may have been unlocked and that they live 200-250 feet from a RIVER?????

and when you add the fact that during Mom's 2 hr drive, she ran out of gas and did not once mention to anyone that she was trying to borrow gas from that her child was missing.

Cops: Mom Sold Newborn For Disney Trip

Just Sayin' :(

Wow. I would actually consider this best case scenario though (UNLESS the buyer was a pedophile of course). Nice young couple who cannot have kids and for some reason cannot get adoption to work for them through legal means. That would at least mean she is alive and being taken care of. I realize that is probably just a dream though.

On the 911 tape LL says she searched for over an hour. She didn't say all of that time was driving around looking for baby A. Therefore, the 2 hour time frame included searching the house and basement, the yard, the car, and driving around. If she did run out of gas, then time needs allotted for that too.
IMO

I only suspect this because of the strange way the FBI are wording their info to the press. I think they may suspect the same thing. It could have been a strategic abduction for the purpose of selling the precious baby. This is why all the other children were brought to the back room (or at least the one sleeping with baby A.) I personally think another family member was involved and this is what happened. JMO

I am by NO MEANS making light of the situation - I just had a flash into my brain of those cheesy post-SuperBowl commercials.

I want this child found and found soon - same as everyone else.

I think I read on here that LL was convicted and/or charged with lying to police in the past. If that is true she might have 'learned her lesson' and knew she had better be sure before calling the police or she could face charges again. IMO

IMO...no LE would ever fault a parent for calling 911 who thought their child was missing.....no matter what the parent's past was.
