I don’t know how long the power outages were. I’m sure you could find that info through whatever power company services that area. I’m not sure what the significance is of why she called her father for pizza other than dating for the timeline. I have a daughter in an unhappy marriage, cheating husband, two small kids, she still is trying to make it work. I know when she reaches out to me for things like this it’s because she’s having a bad day and just wants a little support or pick me up. I relate this to Gabby because they were not happy and in a good place.

But the FBI are asking for footage of them eating in restaurants. I think it was only after a missing persons report and then the discovery of her body, they went into low public profile.

I wonder why they are only asking for footage from restaurants. Could they be trying to determine whether or not Brian returned with them after the weekend camping trip?

Yes! I'm taking a lot of the sightings (except for the Bethune video) with a grain of salt for this very reason. Especially the TikTokers who typically are looking for a following. Also, I know this is an unpopular opinion, but until I see receipts or some kind of paper trail, I'm not buying the Merry Piglet restaurant story. It doesn't jibe. at all. None of it fits, from the fact that he was a vegetarian to him being sighted the 26th parking at spread creek and the van sitting there looking abandoned for days, but they drove an hour out to eat at a place that has the epitome of commercialism in its name (he wouldn't even take bottled water from a cop in the dead heat). Not buying it until I see proof.

The Merry Piglets sighting has been corroborated by the restaurant. We frequent a local Mexican place that serves meat and vegetarian options. I’m sure they had lots of options.

Things that are nagging at me this am as I dive back in:
-page 9 of external hard drive warrant. Have I missed anything or anything newly revealed about sept 16? The aug 31 dateline on the final signature, mistake or have I missed something?
-I want to revisit the search/seizure warrant for the van. I believe it was released the same day as the external hard drive warrant. I’ve lost track of it. Anybody have a link?
-are yesterday’s last seen on foot mentions by DTBH and others referring to the thermal news footage, statements we heard earlier in the case, or something the public is has not been made privy to?
-rose. I have so many thoughts about rose, not fully formed. And I still haven’t had time to watch latest footage in entirety
-the most nagging of all. Based on no fact whatsoever, just my gut. I’ve been thinking since rereading the media timeline a couple days ago that BL did or said something to let GP’s mother/parents know that he did something to GP. Last night I had the disturbing thought that it was a picture sent by text on GP’s phone, accidental or otherwise. I sat up in bed at 3 something am with the thought that it was the Apple Watch. I don’t know if they take pictures, if not maybe a voice message. I speculate was taken and sent. Was BL beating or killing her and had her by the wrist, accidentally sending this message or photo?

Most people learn impulse control and the rule to keep their hands to themselves when they are in kindergarten. I doubt his behavior was a sudden manifestation. I have to wonder how long he's been physically lashing out, or if it seemed normal to him. You have to wonder.

last I heard the cops told her she wasn't going to be charged with anything (cop cam), so where do you get the idea she was "criminally" recorded? Besides.......911 call........

Like I said, the restaurant can corroborate all they want, but there is no receipt or paper trail or video. Taking it with a grain of salt until one of those is provided. Also, Brian is staunch in all of his views and would be aware of cross-contamination as well as his staunch views on commercialism. I'm not saying it's out of the question, but until there's proof, it just doesn't jibe.

Honestly, I don’t know anyone who would have reacted the way the Laundrie family did when Gabby turned up missing.

Ohhh, sadly many teachers/educators will tell you, there are lots of parents who lie for their kids, and claim "not my little Johnny". Then they grow up and found out the teachers were right, but by then it's too late. These two are probably still telling police he didn't do anything wrong.

Seems pretty transparent to me. He likely came home and said GP was leaving him, running off with some guy (or whatever), and that she wanted her things put in storage. Clearly she was already deceased at that point. I think this is tied to some cover story he attempted to sell. Her autopsy should have provided a very good time/day of death, based on a variety of factors we don't need to get in to. The coroner would know.

I think we're talking about two different things. GP is documented to have been very much alive after BL returned from the mysterious trip that occurred while she was staying in a hotel in Salt Lake City. The trip occurred before they went on to Grand Teton.

BBM - I think so too which is why BL hightailed it home and they circled the wagons. He may have returned home earlier too (the storage unit trip) under crisis and the parents may have initially thought his Sept 1 return was similar. The million dollar question: what did BL say when they asked why he returned home alone, with the van, without Gabby. And why did they immediately seek counsel and clam up instead of communicating with Gabby's parents and LE.

They had vegetarian options. Would he not eat at any establishment that served meat? Isn’t that irony if he’s truly out in the wild now. I doubt he is surviving off grasses and palms.

I think this is likely as well. If the parents offered as proof that they ate out with him, they would surely be looking to corroborate.
