I'm glad the manager cleared that up. The story the witness told didn't sound credible, with Brian screaming at the staff, walking in, walking out about four times, then both of them leaving for ten minutes only to return and yell at the staff again. Yet she apparently didn't hear a word he said and didn't know what they were arguing about.Exactly. There are a lot of "I think" and "she seemed" in her statements which IMO means her perspective was subjective. And she says he was "screaming." I do think others would have noticed him screaming. I don't think he was screaming. Again, JMO.
I don't doubt she witnessed a tense ongoing exchange.
The managers statements have really shed some light on this. There's no doubt about that.
MOO.

So according to the manager, they left without paying. Then after they paid in the parking lot, Gabby went back in to ask for their money back.
I wonder if they had a problem with the food or the service. She said Brian was calm but what about Gabby? Was she was upset or emotional like the witness claimed? Imo
