The State's opening was so well laid out but delivered quietly and was flat.

The Defense is loud and conversational but seems as though she can't even follow her own thoughts. She's went through about 10 people who were considered a suspect and keeps stopping like she has forgot who she was talking about.

Am I alone in this thinking?

And I agree about the Defense - she is all over the place :scared: ... and she is bringing up names I never even heard from, names I don't remember seeing over at LaLa Land !

Sometimes more is heard when it is whispered than screamed. I am sure they felt it was so horrible there was no reason to yell but try to be thoughtful and low key as possible when telling the horrible fate of this beautiful young woman.

He sounds like ADA Rick Distaso in the Scott Peterson case. No drama.........just the facts kind of man....just the facts as horrible as they are.

I am confused. Here she says ZA never met Holly and then didnt she say ZA knew Clint so he had to know Holly? Those statements are counter opposing of each other.

And since when does a vile piece of lowlife like ZA have to know the victim he kidnapped, raped, drugged, tortured, and murdered?

I am not impressed with the defense's blah, blah, blah. Its going to be the same old defense of everyone is lying, but my client and they are guilty but he is innocent as a new born baby. Gah!
