I think the defense is learning the importance of asking only leading questions. She is losing badly on these open ended questions.

what is he talking about...they "tried to snatch my daughter too"....anyone know what this is about...how confused is the jury.

Def Atty asked why he didn't remember the truck being at his house; was it bc of the drugs [?morphine] u were on (paraphrasing)?

Then, he responded, No, bc they tried 2 snatch my daughter, too!

I'm beginning to wonder if this defense attorney would pass a drug screen right now. She continuously is asking questions that she doesn't know the answer to, and then gets upset when the question isn't answered the way that she wants.

Right, that's what is confusing to me. She was supposedly already dead by that time so the past tense version makes more sense.

Yes completely! I believe it was mis-reported by a few but that Victor actually spoke in the past tense and reporters reported the present. So at least the jury sees the actual transcript!

Jason Autry is one of three suspects charged in connection with the midstate nursing student's kidnapping, rape and murder. He has been granted immunity in testifying against Zach Adams.

Victor Dinsmore, Michael Alexander, Jason Kilzer and Autry were all granted immunity, according to court records filed in Hardin County.

Defense actually has some good points here in terms of Victor changing his story, but SHE IS SO TERRIBLE at her job, she can't get it done. Victor is a terrible character and his wishy-washyness is super apparent. He is not the best witness. But again the DEFENSE is so bad on this, what should be a home run for her, she is flustering like she JUST woke up and looked a this and did not have her line of questions actually prepared!!!!

i think jury will throw out his testimony....not because def. attorney is good but he has just thrown so much out there including something about his daughter...now Pearcy is involved in the abduction.
