The cases I have served on as a juror did have transcripts and if we had questions during deliberations a request to the Judge would be made to have that testimony read back to us. I am sure it will be the same in this one. They cannot do this in the deliberation room but all must come out in the well of the court to hear the read back together.

As a juror I was totally surprised when judge decided to not allow jurors to request or review any evidence during deliberations. In most of the trials I've followed it was allowed. Maybe this jury will be able to do that.

TBI Booth is talking about cell pings from Holly's phone, leading North to Yellow Springs area. He said it was a general, wide area, not specific location they could go search.

I am sure the defense will have their own cell ping expert to reject this info.

I can't wait to hear what the Def Attny does with this man on cross. I hate when DefA cross LEOs and people who are testifying b/c of their jobs (generally people who help), and try to discredit them or put holes in their testimony.

Not sure what she will say but it's just one of those things that I hate in trials.
