He was wearing camouflage (so were others, but he was only one standing still)

He was tall and fat

He was looking at her & Holly while he appeared to b talking on his cell to someone

He looked up at them about 5-6 times; she felt uncomfortable & left

Looking was in a flirtatious way

Sketch that was drawn up later from her description to investigators; male is wearing glasses in sketch

Later, HB's Mother showed her a photo of a male & she ID'ed him as that same male she saw at the Hunt

The photo was of Shayne Austin (suicide)

So Holly was kidnapped around 7:45am and was shot dead around 9:25am? I thought the crime had taken place throughout that day.

Yes from Autry's testimony we had found out that all of this happened in the span of 2 hours. Seems awfully fast but yes, this lines up with his testimony.

It just blew everyone out of the water because of all the searching, and hope to find her alive, and it was done in 2 hours.

i think defense will deal with his testimony in their case.

I dont think the state is the least bit worried. If the defense calls someone I imagine they had to pay a handsome sum for his testimony. I think the state will be ready and prepared to cross examine anyone the defense calls.

The state may even have a rebuttal case after the defense has rested and call the FBI telephone expert back to the stand again.

tall and fat...i thought ZA was skinny at the time

This was posted yesterday....Candace was the one in that video news report that identified this guy at the coon Hunt.

When she sat with TBI and had their professional artist sketch her description, they sketched the image of Shayne Austin. (Sketch in this news report was put up to a picture of him.)

And from seeing pictures of him, he is tall but heavyset.

So this fits if Shayne and Zach did this together.

Strange to me that no texts or cell phone pings of Shayne were in here. I know he is dead. But leaving part of the story out is strange.

Like someone mentioned, hopefully someone will actually tell us what is in these texts. I would want to see all texts of Zach, Shayne, Dylan and Jason.
