Thanks Minor, what do you think will come in during sentencing (if he's convicted) that we didn't hear during trial?
For sure there is evidence that would be inadmissible at trial but admissible for sentencing. Prior bad conduct is usually a big part of sentencing, but it's usually inadmissible at trial.
Yes so many cases where a body is found and skeletal, clothing is found. Sometimes degraded from the elements but there. I think the blanket ended up in the burn barrel. IMO
Epiph: the government, the government, the government
Not the state, the state, the state
Prob a good move for the Defense imo
I used to be a sales trainer and her speaking style reminds me of some of my worst students. Humans react to story-telling, not a fire hose of sentences.
Molly bish's bathsuitbwas what caught the eye of the hunters who found her remains. But it's nylon not cotton maybe that makes a difference.

What could be worse than having your child kidnapped, gang raped, murdered, and their body dismembered?
Zach Adams earned his way into the death penalty, and I hope the jury convicts him and sentences him to the very penalty he earned. No excuses.
I thought prosecution did a good closing argument. There was a ton of evidence in this relatively short trial.

I guess they're implying her clothes were burned (maybe along with some other evidence) in the burn barrel. And the coyotes consumed the remains---but whatever happened to the dang blanket? She was taken away in the blanket so it wasn't burned in the barrel and the coyotes didn't eat it so where is it? Why wasn't it found with her remains?
