I am listening along while working - koff koff - and based on the sound of his voice the Marshall has now "sulled up" as my grandmother would say. She has made him sound sloppy at best. So far, nothing Britt said sounds like anything more than what any other crook would say to get the cops off his back.

she was strong but he did have all the facts AT THAT TIME...he could not know what was going to happen in the future. A good defense atty would stress that...but this one? Not so sure.

Ouch, that hurts. TBI admitted they dropped the ball but it still really stings and is unfortunate for the family and friends of Holly. -IMO

Could not agree more!! It's harsh on TBI. And on Holly's family knowing the truth.

Should have also written I harped on it because I am with you. It's terrible. I feel like these texts are crucial.
