Could we forgo the ALL CAPS, red characters and bolding please. Lots of energy being displayed for some reason but it inhibits the WS established protocol. If I were to read into this, there seems to be a newly found desperation perhaps? Or perhaps simply frustration that this dang case just won't go away?

Regurgitation. That's all I'm seeing. Do we not have all of this information already that it is repeated with gusto which some think will make it more effective and influential? Garbage in - garbage out. Regurgitation of garbage. Bolded and in red. IMO worthless. Appreciate the energy, however, put that energy into something that shape shifts the reality. Can't do it? So be it.

You are completely correct! There's no new info provided by pro-Dina's. Just same old venom against Zahaus swallowed and spit out, over and over, ad nauseum. Makes no sense why the few supporter she has would do this except that they are running scared for Dina. They know now is the time to try to turn the tide of public opinion because the WDS case is moving forward to trial.

Good luck pro-Dina. Your useless, baseless WS posts will not save Dina from her own murderous hands. Go to :jail: Dina.

Rebecca's death was througly investigated. Fifteen detectives worked round the clock for seven long weeks. There was no "rush to judgement" (except in Max's case).

The physical evidence proved that it was only Rebecca in the balcony, only Rebecca painting on the door and her nipples, only Rebecca hopping out on the balcony nude and that a fall over. Only Rebecca.

What I find rather macabre is that the Zahau followers would rather Rebecca be murdered, than accept the TRUTH that she committed suicide. Rather sick, IMO.

Macabre pretty much captures the murder scene, complete with scrawled note that DS put on the door.

MZL says in her lawsuit that ADAM was responsible for the graffiti:

Once they murdered REBECCA, DINA instructed ADAM to leave a cryptic message on the door outside the room where the murder was committed.

The message was painted using black paint at a height that is consistent with an individual who is approximately the height of ADAM. The message read: “SHE SAVED HIM. CAN YOU SAVE HER.”

What a load of qwap.

Who helped her think this part up?

^ I personally believe Dina wrote that ridiculous message herself to taunt and gloat at Jonah that he had said Rebecca saved Max but Jonah will not be able to save Rebecca. Dina is certainly tall enough to write those nasty words and in fact, another poster had posted evidence that Dina's handwriting is the same as the letters on the door.

However, I can visualize an Ambien-fogged Adam being duped by a manipulate, scheming, snake Dina into writing the message while the two big twins themselves (Dina and Nina) threw Rebecca over the balcony.

BBM: I totally agree with you on this, Bourne. IMO Dina thrives on drama and the writing on the door was certainly high drama, in the context of the hanging and, IMO in Dina's twisted mind, she felt justified. Still does, IMO.

The only person that wrote on the door was Rebecca Zahau.

She had just written the paperwork for Camp Diggity Dog the day before in all CAPS.

The "R" matches the R in the signature on her drivers license that Ann Rule published in her book.

She was certainly tall enough to write it as well. The law student that did the reinactment for SD News10 was 2" shorter than RZ, but she had no problem writing at the height that RZ did. Cynic's and other declaration that RZ was too short to write the message is ludicris, and just another attempt at framing innocent people.

*** But what does that have to do with the case the Zahaus dropped against the SDSO, the subject of this thread?

lolol

^^^ I agree the theory that RZ wasn't tall enough to write on the door is laughable.

Bumping from other thread...

That Detective Tsuida was removed from the investigation is yet another MYTH. She worked on the case till the end.

From Ann Rule's book, page 269:

Tsuida ended her report with "All indications are that there was no foul play."

Yes, she worked on the case until it was over and proven to be a suicide by forensics.

^Where's the investigative file document that states Det. Tsuida with the finding of suicide? Link.

Ann Rule's book proves nothing but the interpretation of a literary author of a case she found interesting to write and make money off.

It is in the investigative files, which the Zahaus have, and the info is also in Ann Rule's book, which Anne Bremner and Mary Zahau worked with her extensively on - and gave her access to the entire investigative file.

Funny, before the book came out, the Zahau gang was crowing about what a great and important True Crime writer Ann Rule was!

Speaking of the graffiti on the door.....

SDCSO did not disclose the contents of the message, that was leaked to the media by Neil Nalepa.

"A message written in black paint on the door to the guest room with the balcony was also discovered. Officials would not disclose the contents of the message, but Zahau's ex-husband, Neil Nalepa, told The San Diego Union-Tribune it read: "She saved him, can he save her.""

He thought this tidbit would help advance the murder theories, as he was on that bandwagon from Day 1.

Even more unusual is that SDSO chose to keep the details of the message secret. Even after the words were revealed, SDSO refused to show the writing on the door. In fact, they removed the door from the house and kept it covered, though never bothering to have the handwriting tested (yes, there are experts who can analyze and identify handwriting when printed in large block letters). Why were they so interested in protecting the writing and message?

It was Ann Rule's book that finally revealed the photo of the door and it's painted message. Rather shocking at the time.

^^^^ The SDSO did not release it because they do not release the contents of suicide notes to the public in respect of the deceased's family.

The Zahaus did not even seem to mind the pictures of RZ's nude body being splashed across the media. They could have called SD10 and asked them not to release the video - they did NOT.

And the letters were not printed, they were painted. Do you have a link that shows there are experts out there that can compare printed handwriting to capital letters painted on a door when a person is in a state of mental illness before committing suicide?

Agreed. As well, why was this particular piece of evidence given back to Jonah and rather quickly? The door and message was not preserved. It was given back and painted over. It doesn't make sense considering SDSO kept Rebecca's computer and phone until the Zahau's had no choice but to sue the county for her belongings. Jonah did not have to sue to get his door back, SDSO just handed it over. It wouldn't have been too much of a burden to just replace the door with a new one, historical mansion or not.

And the talk about the woman at the scene being Dina came from a RUMOR started on Coronado Patch.

And "Dina-is-going-to-kill-me" was posted on the blogs before that bit of information was released in an official capacity.

Jonah getting that door back as soon as he did, is a prime example, proof, evidence of a 'fixed' investigation. Along with Rebecca's body laying out for the world to see.
