Ugh,this case has so many Casey Anthony vibes,I'm so afraid with Hunter not testifying the jury might see reasonable doubt

Oh and in his latest interviews he claims not knowing where the backpack in JAR room came from when in the early police interviews it was already established it was JAR backpack

I still do not understand the defense.What is their theory? After the hotel room conversation where DY asks her where she went that night they can't pin it on him.All they can do is saying she does not remember which makes her guilty still

Honestly that doesn't even seem excessive to me having to deal with her everyday

I don't understand why at least she didn't have the decency to plead guilty.The defense opening was a joke IMO ,this whole trial is a waste of time and money she is so obviously guilty

I don't know if we're allowed to link it but there's a video discussing JS blog when she was in her early 20's.It gives so much inside into who she is and became,her tagline is "living is easy with your eyes closed "

I think at the time investigators were seeking Maddies location, I think they were convinced JS knew.

IMO this is exactly the reaction LE were looking for from JS when they did that.Outrage to even suggest this,we feel strongly how wrong that is but her own Mother,nothing no rage,just a guess you're right,strange I didn't notice since I was there 99% of the time.....

I still feel like they're building a plan. None of the officers interviewing her seem to believe her and they all seem to have the same doubts we have,I feel like they're waiting on something to charge her?

And if she was so ready to jump up when SS woke her to "leash the dog" wouldn't she at least say good morning to her daughter who she supposedly wanted to spend all this time with?

...and what about the second white croc being in her room?If she was dressed after death how did it get to js room? ...and if that is what he was looking for when he was supposed to be leashing the dog then why wouldn't he have chosen different shoes?

Unfortunately after the newest release my nagging feeling that this was planned by both of them is even stronger Even if she was not pregnant I think they thought she was JS saw Maddie as a threat IMO and has not even one loving thing to say about her yet she is so worried about how much...
