Depending n what app was used, LE could get a warrant for the transcripts of the texts. I use a texting app and it records every text coming in and going out. I also can make phone calls from it. MOO

It will be easy to find Dylan's texting apps. iTunes keeps track of every app, songs, etc that is "purchased" (money or free).
