The picture looks like one of the older NCMEC ones. They used to remove the background in a lot of photos and the background that photo has is exactly what they'd use for it. The internet archive doesn't have any record of her ever being on NCMEC, so that's interesting.

I wonder what has happened to the child listed between the missing girl and the two missing boys. He'd still be under 18 (the first three are not).

2018 is firmly in the internet era; while an old case of a young child going missing with no details could be an old stranger abduction that didn't make national news, by 2018 there'd be at least one story about the missing child on a news site online.

With a recent case like that with no details it's either a) a family abduction, b) suspected parental homicide, or c) a lost/injured missing case.

It's been done already. That is her birth mother. For her to have been in her 20s at the time she was declared to be so, mom would have had to have had her at ten.

The DNA match to her mother confirms her age to me 100%. Unless someone is willing to argue that her mother really had her at 10.
